I went a few days ago to eat here...and I was served by a boy with long and messy hair...he didn't put maya on his unshaven hair...(disgusting)..!!..and a bad attitude...and worst of all his black shirt full...full of dog or cat hair...so it's possible that the manager or the owner let dirty people work in this type of place...that's the problem... !!...guy..clean you shirt..and have a shower..MENNNN...!!!
Chronically slow for years !. I made the mistake of going to the wrong one. Do not go here . Go to the one by The Old Spaghetti Factory. If you are in a hurry and need to be somewhere don’t bother stopping at the one by Ralph’s.
I work in the same shopping center as this store and will purposely be ordering to a different location because of how rude the staff is. All I can say is that it’s very disheartening to walk over during my lunch break at my own customer service job, and to be treated like such an inconvenience. Whoever the girl is working Sunday at 1pm rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a drink carrier and threw it my way (not the first unpleasant experience I’ve had). It’s called work for a reason, it’s not supposed to be fun, that’s why you’re paid.
They need to do a better job about sanitation. There was a hair in my food.
Literally so terrible. This location used to be so good... Don’t know if it’s because of the new management, but it’s awful. There’s always ONE girl working and making the sandwiches and there’s other doing nothing, usually wondering around and not helping customers. They’re also somehow ALWAYS running out of things and not having backups. I sound like a grump old lady, but it’s the truth.
This location was horrible. The manager was not there because of a sprained ankle and there was 1 employee. I felt bad for him BUT there were 5 of us in line, we ended up waiting 45 min to be served. He proceeded without saying anything to us for the reason for the long wait. He went on to make all the call in and online orders while we all waited. The people ahead of us ordered 1 sandwich each. After 45 min another person came in. The place was a mess, the sides were gone or very low. You'd think if the manager was out that she would make sure there was coverage and to keep the place clean & stocked, we will never go to that location ever again!
Most poorly managed Subway I think I've ever been to. Multiple pieces of equipment broken down, out of multiple different supplies, understaffed, poorly staffed, untrained workers. Manager should be ashamed.
I was here yesterday afternoon and Dennis was the only one working. The person in front of me had a large, complicated order but Dennis handled it well and apologized for the wait. I wasn’t in a hurry, so I didn’t mind. Both of the sandwiches I ordered were perfect with the help of suggestions from Dennis. Overall, awesome customer service!
Fast friendly amazing service from Dennis. Will definitely come back again at this location.
Went to this location and everything seemed good I dont really get the bad reviews everytime I've been here has been a good experience dennis is a great worker as well
