Amazing service, and food/drinks. Would definitely recommend.
Horrible customer service at this location. I was there yesterday and they double charged me for my drink. The women ringing me up said her register froze after I had inserted my card and the pin pad showed “approved” after the transaction. She said since she didn’t see it on her end she would have to ring me up a second time. I told her I didn’t want to get double charged but she assured me it hadn’t gone through. I paid on the second register and afterward pulled up my account and saw I had sure enough been charged twice. I asked for a refund for one of the charges and they refused to give it to me! I even showed them my account online with the two charges. I asked for a manger and was told she was unavailable....just wow. It wasn’t until I asked for the corporate phone number that the gentleman behind the counter decided to refund me. I was late for work spending 15 minutes dealing with this and pleading for my refund. Horrible costume service and very unprofessional at this location. I’ve never had an experience like this at any Starbucks before. I won’t be going to Starbucks anymore.

Inconsistent! The Extra Dry Cappuccino I ordered today turned out to be a sloppy wet late. This is super frustrating as I used a delivery service. I wish your baristas would get this right all the time. Perhaps they just don’t care.
Natalie didn't know how to make my drink, so she asked me how to make it, but I don't know how they make it. And she asks me again, idk. I just asked that there be no tea grounds in my drink which there is? So she says I'll just make it and see if you like it. So then I hear her ask another employee how to make my drink. It's ok if you don't know how to make a drink, just ask for help . I can respect that

My kids and I enjoy walking to this Starbucks location for the past year after moving here in 2020. The staff is friendly and lots of room for social distancing. We usually get some blended drinks and warmed up pastries, always good!
