just went there with my boyfriend to get a drink and a cake pop… the barista working there was the sweetest girl ever. I think her name was Jackie (since that was the name on my drink). She made the experience really nice and was very kind to me from beginning to end. I interacted with her for probably less than five minutes but I could just tell she was making customers happy for her entire shift.

Accessibility: they have accessible/disabled parking spots in front of the building as well as a ramp to get onto the sidewalk. The door to enter is a pull door (a little heavy). There is a restroom inside with a code (ask the employees for the code). There are accessible tables and moveable chairs inside and a few outside.Experience: I love this Starbucks. All of the employees are so kind and welcoming, the drinks taste great, and they had a cute board up today where you can write your own positive message on a sticky note and stick it on the board for others to read. I thought this was a cute, fun thing for all who come inside to see.
I asked for some half and half in my coffee, and the cashier charged me $.70 extra for putting half and half in my coffee. The guy working there said they always charge everyone extra just to add half and half to coffee. They don’t do this at other Starbucks, and when I told them that he argued with me and told me that they always charge to add half and half to coffee. The guy is rude and they rip you off here! Horrible customer service. This happened on the evening of Thursday October 21.
Crew is great but they still can't get supplies that others are mow getting.
