This location is typically great, but they recently changed staff. I walked up to the pickup window and a girl who was standing there on her phone looked at me then continued looking at her phone....even after knocking on the window I was ignored for a good 2min. Finally opened the window with no hello or anything. Really disappointing service.
Super positive, nice Ordering Barista! She told me twice that my Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, one pump vanilla plus one shot sounded yummy. It is !!
Bryan the lead supervisor treated me and gave me my order of Venti Chai Latte and Danish for free. All because it was taking me forever to dig up my wallet from my purse to use one of my credit cards because my phones apple pay function wasn’t working like it had just done at the Marshalls I’d shopped at. So I was frustrated and discombobulated, bc I was afraid I was going to hold up the line. He saw that and was so sweet and spoke to me in a soothing and sweet manner and told me that it was on the house and to enjoy my day. He MADE MY DAY! Bryan You are the MAN!

I find this Starbucks and virtually every other i go to in North County closed during normal and posted business hours. This is highly annoying and inconvenient and its happened more than a dozen times. Spoke with an employee at one of their stores. Seems everyone has or thinks they have covid and are quarantining themselves and taking covid pay. I get it, who wants to work, especially if your young, when you can quarantine yourself and get paid.Recommendation, hire some middle age and older folks. They would be more reliable.
Very good service
This was my first visit to this location. Ordering at this location seems to be limited to drive up. Their speaker/microphone ordering method is better than most drive up restaurants. Order was ready in about 5 minutes. Order was exactly what we requested.
