I have been coming to this starbucks for a long time and for the first time a child employees was made uncomfortable by the word BABE?. Which has been part of my vocab since i can remember and i cannot be faulted for that. if your going to have an employees thats this sensitive to a such a meaningless word she or he should not work in a customer service setting ive been to many starbucks and not once has anyone been made uncomfortable by the word BABE that naturally comes out of my mouth it seems parents are teaching their kids to be weak instead of strong against such meager words there are a great many words society has created to make ppl feel uncomfortable and BABE aint one of them i wont be coming back to this location

Donate your hard earned money to ridiculous social causes, mostly just paying administrative salaries though. And just so u know all their pre made food is available for free at the Red Cross

Staff is amazing. I had to wait a little bit to get my online order but I’m glad I got an $4 gift card.

Every time I come to this Starbucks it is a breath of fresh air. ? ?? I love every staff member here, everyone is such wonderful individuals. Lauren and Tyler are absolutely amazing people here, they totally made my day today. Dolly is a sweetheart too. She helped comfort me when I was having a really bad morning one day, and she exchanged genuine kind words to help me feel better. To who this may concern: please give these individuals a raise or a huge kudos or bonus: they shine, and are such great people who work so hard. Everyone I meet here is an absolutely gem, ? they make delicious drinks, go above and beyond, they give excellent customer service; so be sure to show appreciation and give a cash tip. ? A random fun fact of this location, if you come here enough, you may get to meet or encounter a very positive regular who has a fun hat, and he always says some kind words to many of the workers or people in the lobby. It totally lifts up the day and environment. The workers and even some customers like the regular I mentioned, all have an energetic, positive, pep in their step. It is absolutely delightful.Holiday ❄⛄ (Christmas ? ) featured drinks are out now, Creme Brule is delicious! I got to try it with sugar cookie and it was very yummy! However drinks are always tasty and fantastic all year round.Notes:? Definitely grab a Starbucks gift card gather points to eventually redeem free goodies/drinks. ? If you register the card that you keep to reload for points on the Starbucks app you get to also order ahead online and skip the line. And you have a digital copy of your gift card that you load cash into in the case if you ever misplace/lose it. (Our phone is practically attached to our bodies so might as well get the app for the digital back up as well as exploring the menu at your favorite Starbucks location near you, and more app benefits).*To those who work at Starbucks, please correct me if I'm wrong or information has changed since.? I took a good handful of these pictures prior to the renovations.? 2 Gender neutral restroom(s) with out codes. (One of the restrooms are closed off but I still see some people sneak behind the closed tape sometimes). I do not recommend this, nor have I done it, to be respectful to the workers here. If it is an absolute must, I would recommend getting permission from a worker here if you use the closed off restroom.? They have a drive through. For those who still play Pokémon Go there are 3 "gyms" and 2 "Pokéstops" which results a cluster of spawned Pokémon here. ?This location is located in "Grand Plaza", in San Marcos, which you can look up in Google maps instead of remembering it is the San Marcos Las Posas location or other ways to remember. There are also really great food from the neighboring restaurants to enjoy. The store and restroom(s) are very clean. There are a couple of close by outdoor trash bins as well as the opportunity to recycle or throw away trash inside on their napkin station. The water is triple filtered and always is crisp and refreshing. (It's better quality and tastes better than bottled water). Be sure to wait in line even if you just ask for a cup of water, to be courteous to everyone.? Other than drinks ☕?? ; there are many tasty pasteries, ? ??? treats, breakfast sandwiches, fruits, ?? ? ?vegetables, and more snacks or power meals to eat. There is a lot of dine in and patio seating with a few umbrellas.Overall, wonderful store inside and out. Great, clean, fun, positive, uplifting environment, terrific staff, food and drinks are delicious!

Disappointed. Ordered 2 iced teas for my coworkers while I was on my lunch break. Passion fruit lemonade sweetened. The 1st order was messed up. So I went back through the drive-through and they made the drinks again. . . Exactly the same. Not sweet At all. So I had 4 of the same Incorrect drinks. I had to rush back to work . Please confirm the order before A custom drives up to the window.

Employees are nice and helpful. Both times lately I have ordered online for pick up in store and it's taken a bit to get my order. They seem to be a high volume store both times have been mainly in the drive thru not as much in store. But great place when I am in the area to get my coffee fix!

I LOVE the ladies at this Strarbucks. I've been having mine and my Co-Workers Ice Teas delivered because its very continent . Those ladies know my crazy way I want my tea.. Grande in a Trenta cup no water , no sweetener and not Shaken packed with ice..( More Ice than tea ) they get it right ..

As always they are trained well and are poltite

Really thought about whether I should leave a review or not. At this point, I’m absolutely fed up with this Starbucks. The baristas are careless and don’t pay attention to standard. They’re rude (of course not all of them are) but a very large majority are. I don’t understand how every single experience is just disappointing. I’d rather go out of my way to actually get good service elsewhere. Smh.

Worst Starbucks in the area. I recently moved here and have been to this location 5 times, 3 out of those my order(s) have been wrong. Only once I was greated by a friendly guy. The seco d time my order was done wrong the girl who help me had an attitude, was carrying a conversation with the other girl and then asked me to repeat what I was saying, as if it was my fault that the person who took my order failed to say, "just so you know, we currently are out of ________. Would you still like that or would you like something else?" This only takes less that 10 seconds and would avoid a repetitive customer (and upset, specially after my orders had been wrong a few times). Today I ordered a tea and substituted an item, which yet again they didn't say anything about not having it, my husband ordered a Carmel Frapuccino crunch and they didn't add the crunch. I would advice go to the other location near Home Depot or else where as they have always been nice and greet you with a smile or at least they are polite. This is the only Starbucks that has made me so upset and regret ever going in to.
