I love ShareTea! This Branch however is I should say one of the best branches I ever visited. Employees are respectful and patient. I walked in here and most of my friends don't know what to get. I love how they just patiently wait for us, they did not interrupt us or give us attitude for making them wait.
Love their fruit flavored green teas with boba pearls. Always consistent, refreshing and delicious.

Staff seemed new and lost. FYI, you might get the wrong order… and they were VERY heavy on the sweetness for my 50% sweet drinks.I was given the wrong drinks. I ordered 4 and only 1 drink was correct. They made my (1) Thai tea into a slushy, (2) matcha tea was not even green or had any matcha taste, (3) mango passion fruit was so sweet I could taste the syrup.I was the first to order. They were empty. It took 15 minutes for me to get my order. I think the workers might have been new?
Very very slow. Trash was full, no boba straws. And not friendly. It smelled strong like bleach, even though it was really dirty in the store. They also used a dirty towel to wipe our drinks down. Just very unsanitary. Also some of the girls wear the fake nails/acrylic nails and in the food industry it’s a health hazard. I didn’t see them wash their hands either. At least where gloves if you choose to wear nails!! Not sure if they toom the test to get the food handlers certificate, but I strongly recommend the management enforces this.
I was there, yesterday I ordered 6 drinks I waited in line for 10 minutes, when I was finally helped I had to repeat my order three times, then after I waited for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes and while watching people leave with their drinks that ordered after me I was told that they ran out of Bobba and could not fill my order, I waited another 10 minutes while the owner approved my refund. I left 45 minutes later and was not offered any compensation, when I asked for even one drink with no Bobba to compensate my bad experience and wasted time I was told that my request was not possible. I don’t recommend this establishment because the owner was not at all friendly and or understanding which shows poor customer service.

Slow service, needs more staff
