Visiting from out of town, stopped here after a hike. Great atmosphere , good service. I ordered the BBQ chicken salad which was delicious. My husband and son ordered hamburgers. My other kids had the pizza and chicken tenders. We all liked our food. Unfortunately ,20 minutes after we ate and when we arrived back to the hotel we all got stomach/intestinal problems. The rest of our day wasn’t very fun since we all got sick.
Our server Sarah was fantastic. Friendly and attentive. Food was wonderful and very refreshing.My wife and I started with the spinach dip. Very good.My wife ordered the fish tacos and I got the Ceaser Salad. Both were fresh and light. The dressing on my salad was very light and not over bearing like some.Over all a very good experience. Music was very good too. Would highly recommend if in the area.
I love their food and love to support the local businesses but the service is lacking. Yesterday, a server dropped one of my fries on the table as he was bringing the good over, he proceeded to to pick it up with his fingers and drop it back on to my plate!!!!!! He had a wrinkled shirt on and looked like he was high or something! I know it’s hard to find good help nowadays so I sympathize and will try to continue to support them because the food is amazing but these issues cause hygiene concerns for me. Hope it gets better soon because we love the ambience and the food!
Sets has a great atmosphere, matching their delicious food and drinks! The fish tacos are bomb. We will definitely be back.
Food quality is good. but I wish they would add more options to the menu. This is the only fully stocked bar in the San Elijo Hills area. Decent amount of outdoor seating. I was happy to find out they serve brunch. I tried the biscuits and gravy that was just OK, but I’m going to head back to try something else on the menu.
Really good classic bar food but tastes fresh! We shared a bacon burger that was amazing as well as a the chicken wings. The appetizers were also amazing! Just know it's pricy especially if you get cocktails but yummy.
It is our new favorite local restaurant. The staff is friendly and the food is always so delicious. We have had almost everything in on the menu. I wish they kept their pork belly tacos, though...
Great neighborhood joint. Good beer selection, many unique craft cocktails. Braised beef was excellent. Poke bowl was fresh.
Amazing experience! Food and drinks were great! We had a fairly large event one evening, Kevin pre-arranged everything to make sure that there was enough staff on hand. Alexis was our server and she was incredible! She took care of everybody, timely, and proficiently, and she did it with a smile the whole time. Couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend and we will definitely be going back.
We went an hour before closing and they were out of a lot of things but everything we ate was soooo good. Had the beet salad, salmon and short ribs.Cocktails were STRONG. Will be going back.
