Accessibility: they do have accessible/handicap parking right in front of the building but I know during the daytime anyone will take this, including customers from the restaurant next door. There is one light in the parking lot that goes on after sunset but the lot is still pretty dark. Parking lot is paved. The door to enter the building is a pull push door.Experience: wow! Great experience. I came on a Sunday night and I was the only one here for at least 20 minutes. It was so relaxing, quiet and calm here. They had nice, fun music playing, plenty of wooden tables to sit at, a wall length mirror to take selfies in (if that's your thing), and the tea was cheap and fantastic! Wow! I ordered the "rose flavor tea with aloe vera" and it was so much better than I expected! I will definitely come back.
