This place has good coffee with all the classic options. Their breakfast sandwiches are very good. You can dine in or eat in their cover patio.

They are out of oat milk 9/10 times. The first time I tried the Paleo coffee it was so good. The second it was awful and I kept thinking maybe it was just a bad experience. Now that I have tried over 10 times it’s just bad coffee all around
Friendly staff, clean and COVID safe.Got the PB Frap and overall it is good. That being said, I couldn't tell you there was any coffee in this drink. I could be drinking a PB shake and it would taste the same. Coffee drinkers like to taste coffee in any drink they order from a coffee shop. The flavors are good, just missing that coffee flavor. Maybe less other stuff and more coffee. IDK. I would try them again.
Glitchy wifi indoors. Service took awhile. A regular got theirs quickly. Location is good. Patio is nice.

my cowboy breakfast sandwich was delicious a little pricey and not enough bacon...probably wouldn't go back...BUT It was DELICIOUS...
I wasn't very impressed. The building was nice and seem fairly clean but the staff was less than helpful. The blueberry muffin that I ordered was stale. The avocado toast was super mediocre and they stacked it in a way that put the avocado on both sides of one piece so it was impossible to hold without getting my hands messy. The avocado was a weird mixed blend like you find with cheap guacamole. To top it off the coffee wasn't very good and they forgot to give us our water. I probably will not be going back to one of these.
