Not sure why I keep going back to this location. Food prep/appearance is inconsistent. Cash register workers are frequently unfriendly. Found a broken piece of plastic in my burrito today. Thought it was a fish bone but then remembered I was eating a shrimp burrito. You tell them what salsas you want, and they bring you the wrong ones. When you ask for what you originally asked for (and it's clearly on the receipt), they are confused by the request. This appears to be a management issue. Go elsewhere for food in this area, there are tons of other options. If you're craving Rubio's, go to a different location.
Bianca is the least welcoming service worker I've ever experienced at this location! I wish I could say this was my first time she waited on me, I use that term loosely.... Maybe you should learn how to come to work not High.Just a thought! If you are not cut out for working with the public you should work in the kitchen or ????Hey Rubio's you should send in a secret shopper and see for yourself. Good luck to you Rubio's keeping your customers. I'm out and never returning
The only thing especial about their beef burrito is that it's 95%beans and rice, you really have to look hard to find the beef. I had not been there in a long time, it's going to be another long time before I go back, too many places around where you can find good Mexican food with real beef burritos
I ordered online and, when I came to pick up my order, I learned that someone had stolen it. But the awesome team at this Rubio's quickly remade my order as soon as they realized what happened and they were so incredibly nice about the whole situation. I really appreciate their kindness!
Service was great ?,ordered the standard fish taco plate, fish was very chewable ,almost like rubber. Half of the taco chips were stale and in very small pieces that were too small to eat.
Went in for their Tuesday special. Two original taco plate to go. It took 30 minutes to get my order and it wasn’t busy at all! A customer that ordered after me got his meal, ate it and left before I even got my order! I guess that particular Rubio’s isn’t very organized! The two male kitchen workers were moving so slowly, it was very strange. I thought men with long beards were supposed to cover them in the food prep jobs?!?When I got home to eat, the fish was so bad, so old I couldn’t even eat it.I will not go back there again!
I went here for lunch today to get a simple bean and cheese burrito I've gotten it a thousand times and not sure what the problem was today but the beans were cold the tortilla was cold and barely even toasted and they didn't even give me any chips you're lucky to get two stars for that.. how hard is it to keep beans warm
Great fish tacos. I like them best on flour tortillas, which you have to ask for. There are specials in Tuesday and Friday, so you get the best prices then.
Went there 15-20 minutes before the closing time. Order a bowl and tacos but the girl at the counter was looking as if she was disturbed by our arrival few minutes before closing time. She had no greeting no manners to serve the food. But handed over as she was giving for free. She should know she is getting paid to be there to be nice to customers and Looking so furious. She had no name plate that time but on the receipt I found the her name was Alicia. Sorry not going there again.
Shrimps tacos could have been hotter, even when eating there.Still, great taste!
