I really wanted something with fish tonight. Either a burrito or sandwich, so decided to go to Rubios.The Mahi burrito was great & they put the rice on the side just like I asked. The gal at front was super helpful and friendly.However, my fresh greens weren't so fresh.More than half of it was old and rotting a bit.I wanted to post a pic, yet unable to do so.. my phone is old...lol anyway everything else was great. I love salad, so will never order that again.
Didn’t answer the phone, so I walked inside to place an order. Forgot my mask. Wouldn’t let me order without a mask. Which I’m struggling to walk 8 months pregnant. Taking my business elsewhere.
Horrible customer service I received from the General Manager Veronica. I called to confirm my online order was received because I got an error online when I paid. I just called to verify because my card was charged and was treated very poorly by Veronica. I understand they were probably busy and she was under stress but she did not have to hang up on me. I do not recommend this place at all.
The fish tacos were the best and the chips are delicious and crunchy

I ate two of the best gourmet steak tacos, I've ever had in my life, and Esmerelda, who took my order, was very nice.
Extremely poor customer service, a guy cut on front of me and the cashier didn't do a thing. Tables were filthy, my food was cold, my sister's was fine though
Most Rubio's locations are well run and you get your food quickly.... This is not one of those locations. Super slow even when there are no customers.
What can I say Rubio's is always pretty good. It is great for a quick meal. Their salsa verde (green chili) is very tasty too. This particular Rubio's is inside a building with ColdStone so the desert is a easy choice.
Totally empty location. Helpful staff person who took the order, but got it wrong. Didn't notice that until I got home. Very disappointing.
