All I wanted was a pizza delivered. Just one, $16 pizza (the $10 special magically disappeared from the app when I put in my address) the total came to almost $30!! Delivery fee of $6, which is way too much. $5 recommended tip, which was calculated based on the price of the food PLUS tax AND the delivery fee, which is just stupid. The ridiculous extra fees shouldn’t be included in the tip calculation. I’m not going to pay $11 for someone to drive a couple miles to drop off a pizza. I cancelled my order and won’t even consider ordering from Pizza Hut next time I’m in the mood for pizza. I wonder how much business they lose due to their extra fees.
Please look at what the customer orders when you make the pizza. Totally screwed up my order and didn’t replace it when I called to ask about it. Not the best place to get pizza, or at least a pizza you really wanted to get. Uhg!
The rep who gave my order and helped me was above and beyond and so was the quality of the food . Been going to this same location since 2010 ,and always been happy .
I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza. With a brownie to go with. Some of my pizza dough had white spots where it didn't cook thru all the way and it was really chewy. The pizza was a little warmer than room temperature and it completely threw my eating experience off. Seriously disappointed by this. I ate one slice and there away the rest. Thanks for the raw dough and room temp pizza!!! Waste of my money!!
I have always been a fan of PH. I prefer it over any other chain pizza restaurant, but lately it seems that the toppings have been lacking in quantity, even when I have asked (paid for it) for extra. This last order, although I loved it, I was disappointed with the crust and toppings.
The food tasted great and the delivery driver was super friendly.
Pizza was prepared correctly. Picked it up, and it was hot and tasty!
Horrible experience. I got food poisoning from their lack of a clean work environment and it felt like my insides were being ripped out by a hot poker which caused breathing problems and other health complications.
My food was delivered cold and I called the store back and no one answered. Definitely not worth $47.
Both pizzas we received were disgusting, it was not even edible for me. My husband reheated his slices jn the oven. Both pizzas and bread tasted like day old pizza. Extremely disappointed! For it taking over an hour to receive and the condition we received it in clearly lets me know it was ready and sitting their for a driver to be able to bring it to my house. Totally unacceptable after a certain point ot a pizza sitting around it should have been remade!
