Member of the sip club. Kiosk unavailable so had to go to counter. I wanted to order a bagel too but they were all wrapped up so you couldn't tell what kinds they had. Order my large dt. pepsi and go around to the machine to find it out. How is this something you don't tell the customer. How does the person not know what kind of bagels there are or that they are out of soda?Every time I come to this location customer service is lacking. Please try.

I used to come here regularly when my kids were little. It's great for the kids meals and making sure you get your daily fruits and veggies. I was a little disappointed to see that they didn't have my favorite soup, the butternut squash, so I got the creamy chicken and wild rice. It was just ok. I opted out of getting the Fuji apple salad with my Pick 2 and ordered a Margherita flatbread. I didn't care for the sauce (not zesty enough) and grape tomatoes (prefer tomato slices). One of my kids usually loves the chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl, but he, too, was underwhelmed. We decided that Panera is fine for breakfast, but we would avoid it for lunch and dinner.

Steak and white cheddar sandwich was way below average. Hardly any red onions, soggy stale bred, unremarkable steak. I'd give one star but my wife liked her chicken and wild rice soup and the kids ate their mac n cheese (really tough sell, I know). Maybe I just expected too much from Panera but it definitely reinforced why I haven't eaten their for many years. I won't be back.

My final take out order from Panera. My wife is not a technical wizard and placed the order. In attempting to change the pickup time to be later than the default something happened in the app and the order “disappeared”. I was able to recover it but it defaulted to being ready in 10 minutes. I raced over to the restaurant and clicked on “I’m here”. The app reported an error and said to call the restaurant. I did and was told they had my order and it would be brought to the car as identified. I read some articles on my phone while I waited. It seemed to be taking a bit long but I’m patient and thought maybe my wife was successful in pushing back the pickup time. After 30 minutes (did I mention I’m patient) I called again. My order had been sitting there since the first call. When I asked what happened I was told it was a computer glitch and they didn’t know I was there. I told him the app told me of the glitch and that’s why I called 30 minutes ago. The response - “Sorry about that.” People don’t judge a business by the fact that a problem occurs. They judge the business by how it responds to a problem. Panera feels it’s okay that I waited 30 minutes.

Always one of my favorites. Next to a tesla supercharger, how convenient.

Good and fast customer service, clean organized setup, good quality food. Ease of ordering, and staff takes time to answer all questions. Enjoy the visits and look forward to the next one.

I'm not fond of posting negative reviews but hopefully it will bring about some change?Took my kids to Panera recently and was very disappointed.1 - the pricing seems way too high for basically soup and salad.2 - the food was generic. Maybe this would be OK but...3 - the dining room was a disaster. There were dishes piled by the garbage cans, used napkins & utensils all over the floors, and not a single table was clean. We picked the least dirty table we could find and cleaned it ourselves.Maybe it was a lunch rush? Nope. It was 3pm.Maybe they were understaffed? Nope. I counted 5 different employees (not counting those in the kitchen).Maybe they just don't care? Hopefully not.Either way, I won't ever be returning to this location and probably not Panera in general.

7E5-3FF: First time in this Panera Bread after so many years of living here. We typically don’t like bread heavy food. We did enjoy what we ordered. Flatbread pizza and bbq chicken salad were great tasty. Service (cashier) was great in taking our order. There were quite a few tables that were not clean although the place was not that busy. One thing that felt weird, it seemed like people just go with their laptops and get a bite or something and sit around for long periods like in a coffee shop.

Very friendly staff, good food, and reasonably priced. We love bagel Tuesdays.
