It was clean and the food was the usual Panda. They had some sad looking broccoli something entree and, unlike many other Pandas, they didn't try to force it on us and instead said proactively that they'd make some fresh. However, the rest of the food was warmish and not hot. So they aren't quite a 5 star experience.

Lunch specials are super worth it. Bread, salad, main (I love the Mediterranean pasta and the thai chicken pasta) and cookie for dessert, all for $8.99. Can't beat it.
Carlos customer service is the best! He has good people skills and a great personality. I will continue too come and purchase my food here because of his good customer service.

the chicks here did NOT listen to anything about my order and messed up 3/4 things I ordered. I spelled it out for them and made it as easy as possible to understand. Absolute horrible service. The lady was not nice at the register. Wanted to get out of there asap. never coming back to this location.

I tried Panda Express in San Marcos Escondido area in the Walmart shopping center they had a new battered chicken with almonds so I thought I'd give it a try that was a mistake I'm not sure if there were cooked a week ago or they are supposed to be like that they were just like stones I couldn't even chew some of them that's how hard they were so I'm not really sure what the reason was that they are that way so my suggestion to you make sure that at least they're soft I should have complained but I really was not in the moon Woods so the only thing I ate is the chow mein and I left it at that now maybe the cook decided to over cook them but either way it's inexcusable to have battered chicken be so hard and also they were not hot they were lukewarm I've never had much luck specially would the Panda Express in San Marcos or the one in Escondido on Mission the only one I've always had good luck with is the one in the Vons Shopping Center South of Escondido anyway good luck and I hope that was just a bad day for the cook and I'm glad I didn't spend more than $10 at least I didn't get hurt too bad but as usual I will always express and explain what happened with full truthfulness nothing personal Panda Express but I got to say the truth
Accessibility: they have accessible parking directly in front of the store and a ramp to get up to the sidewalk and building. The door to get inside is a pull door but today they had it propped open. The bathrooms are open, single person bathrooms big enough for wheelchairs.Experience: they now have indoor seating (8-25-2021), and still the same 3 tables for outdoor dining. The food is always nice and hot, employees wear masks and are very kind.
It would be nice to have FRESH food, instead of heated left-overs. My orange chicken looked fresh till I ate it... It was CRISPY... Not in a good way... Dehydrated. Also when replacing their premium product, like Angus steak, next time dump old stale old product in the trash and not with my food. If I'm paying premium give me premium. Really disappointed. Glad it wasn't take-out or it would of gone in the trash. Ohh outside tables had a layer of dirt on them. I asked to a nice employee if he would clean it. He did, so that was nice!
