I was here last week Great food for the most part, but the spinach was not washed very well it still had some little dirt particles from the ground in it after chewing it and so did the salad it just needs to be soaked better and rinsed out more no big deal I did not get sick, I will be back soon for some prime rib ??delicious ???
Dont take it personal the cowboy steak isnt a cowboy steak but it's getting more unlikely places will cook steaks correctly.Ps. Cowboy steaks are a minimum of 3 inches thick.
Nursing homes and hospitals serve better food than the dinner I was served tonight. Everything was wrong. I asked for blue cheese on the side and my salsd was swimming in watery ranch. I asked for a turkey dinner with gravy on the side received a plate full of cold mashed potatoes, reheated driedout turkey jerky, mushy cold and slimy stuffing. ?The food was worse than cafeteria grade food in an elementary school. Everything was disgusting and inedible. The owners are 100% absent and without a care for their patrons. Don't waste your hard earned money going to Old California Mining Company.
Had a very nice experience, the decor is fantastic! Seevice was great as well as a lunch menu and a dinner menu with much more available to choose from. We had the option of using the lunch menu till 3pm. All meals were good.
No salad bar, or bread. Ribeye was rubbery. Server was good until he vanished for 15 minutes, if he was scheduled for break, a heads up would have been nice.
I ordered a Cabo salad and substituted the chicken for blackened shrimp. There were no red onions put on the salad and no cheese. The shrimp was not blackened but they brought over some red onions and cheese and I would have been fine with that but the shrimp was jelly and undercooked in the middle so I decided to get the salmon instead. It was so uncooked in the middle that I had to wait until I got home to microwave it so I cld eat it. Also the veggies were not even grilled just some pepper sprinkled on them. This place is a joke and I will never come back again! And they don’t even give you much rice to make it look worth the money. I’m sorry but this place is a rip off and I really would like my money refunded.

We are in the area for a few weeks and love to look for local eats to try some good food at an affordable price. Everything in southern Cal has skyrocketed so we found a real gem! Had a great meal with wonderful service from a waiter named Heath. Young gentleman who knows how to look after his visitors. Shout out to him for his recommendations and prompt service. Prices were decent and portions generous. Try this place if you are passing through
Worst steak I've ever had. Asked for rare, got well done and when I got it replaced it was cold and chewy. Server was rude and never around. Not coming back.
Still the best Tri-Tip even after not being here since before Covid. However, they did cut back on the included side dishes. Now you pay extra if you want veggies AND a salad. We usually order the Tri-Tip for 2 and always have enough left over to bring home and enjoy the next day. Still a great value!
