Wow, what a special little treasure. The atmosphere is just right for a casual meeting with friends, a quiet spot to read, or a nice feel to handle a business meeting of your choice. My coffee was great the bagel sandwich delicious and just the right amount of kick to make it interesting.Lastly the service was kind of thoughtful.
Terrible customer service. Bought their overpriced bagel for them to come to my table two different times to berate me about my smoothie from next door. Made me switch the cups, literally twice. Second time they interrupted my work phone call and spilled my drink on my laptop which I wiped up but was not apologized to. If they had offered a Red Bull smoothie here I'd have gotten it here. I bought a sandwich from here, it's not like I'm just hanging out on their patio. I have never felt more publicly shamed. Not the "accepting" place it advertises, at least not for disabled veterans. Would not recommend. Will never come again.
Staff was super kind and attentive to what everyone needed. Close friends and I talked for some 5 hours and never felt the rush to leave. Go here to study or enjoy the weather.
Considering this pandemic, it would be nice to have all of the doors open like they used to. Not the case anymore. All of the doors were closed with the exception of one. You still have the nice outdoor seating but the chairs are made of metal and uncomfortable. Their acai bowl is the worst I've ever had and it was way overpriced. The cappuccino is really good. Great foam and flavor!
My favorite coffee shop in San Marcos! The staff are great! The service is phenomenal, even when their packed. The drinks and good are delicious. Strongly suggest giving them a try!
Super cute place, but incredibly inflexible with their menu. There are no individual items, add-on items, or ways to accommodate a current menu item. In order to get what I really wanted, I had to buy 2 meals and remove everything in the second meal except for one thing. What a waste of money! Won’t be going back. Too bad. I believe in small business, but don’t believe in inflexibility when it comes to customer service.
Croissants are flakey and fresh. Coffee is very balanced. This is across from an IHOP, which might be alluring if you have kids but my kids plowed through the food here because it’s fresh and delicious. The sunrise toast was our favorite. The workers aren’t wearing masks, which I don’t know the rules in San Marcos, but if that makes a difference to you then maybe come when you feel more comfortable.
I enjoy your coffee and food items. The outdoor patio area is so cozy and warm.
Been coming here since 2007 I was Introduced to this place by my best friend, the first time I came here felt so right because the place is so cozy and later at night they had very nice live music, while everyone enjoys their coffee and meals college kids couples people of all ages just enjoying a great time! the owners always coming out and checking on clients making sure everyone is feeling comfortable if I could I would give this place a 100 star rating?Hopefully they will be here for the remainder of my life..
