You have to wait in line at the speaker forever. Went to breakfast on Sunday 10:55 they made us wait until after 11:00 when we tried to order breakfast on them told me they were no longer serving breakfast. I told them that we were in line before 11 they made us wait to came back on the speaker and said they were out of breakfast on food. This location is all was so and rude.
I was here from NC, and had to get prescription from the pharmacy. When I lived in San Marcos I always filled my prescription at this Walmart and always gave the best rating. Again this Walmart pharmacy is the best, and pharmacy in NC compair to this one sucks.
Very convenient location, you can just set there the whole day and order some ice cream.

Very efficient service through the drive thru, they did really good considering how busy it was. Ordered 10 Mc doubles , 4 large fries and 40 chicken nuggets with BBQ and sweet and sour sauce. Got it down!?

Construction going on now with possible dust in the seating area..AVOID THIS PLACE. Prices are going through the roof.!! I had a disappointing visit..Customer service was v.good. They need to close the indoor seating until Construction is finished.!!!.sept.2021 visit.
Accessibility: they have accessible parking directly in front of the building and plenty of other parking available. There is a ramp to get onto the sidewalk and the doors to get inside are pull doors. They also have a drive-thru with two lanes and digital screens with the menu on it.Experience: I went through the drive-thru on a Saturday afternoon and there was no one in line in front of me. The service was super fast and the food was hot! Fresh off the grill type of hot! The fries here also tasted MUCH better than the fries at the other McDonald's I have been to in San Marcos. The Vanilla coffee here was also very good and cheap! They do have outdoor and indoor seating if you want though. Use their phone app to get lots of discounts.
