This place continues to disappoint. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER it almost seems like they try to mess it up. Trash is always full. There is always something wrong with the restroom. Always slow to take orders when you walk in and seem like it's an inconvenience to take the order. Can't blame COVID. This is the same set of problems before COVID.
I used to love their chicken wings. Not anymore. I don't know what's happened but they have the smallest chicken wings in the world. Unbelievably small. They look like they came off of a parakeet. Given the fact that Wing prices have increased so much over the past years and now they're almost a dollar per wing, I don't understand why they're giving you chicken wings the size of a quarter. I've had this experience the last three times I've purchased chicken wings at kfc. That's it for me. I don't think I'll go back there again. Times are hard, things are tight, prices are high because of covid and people are looking for the best values they can find. KFC is not the place.
Accessibility: there is a drive thru as well as accessible/handicap parking and a ramp to get onto the sidewalk. The doors to enter are pull doors. The ordering screen in the drive-thru where you tell the person in the box what you want is REALLY difficult to hear and understand, even for someone without hearing issues, so be aware of that.Experience: the drive-thru is also pretty fast because they are never super busy. The most busy I've seen them, there were two cars in line in front of me. The food is also hot, but sometimes too greasy for me. Employees are all nice!
The Long John Silver's L7 comes with chicken, shrimp, fries and 2 hush puppies... Mmmm hit the spot!
No matter how many times you ask for it. They’ll never give you KFC sauce.
Quick drive through. Tenders combo with hot great tasty fries. Pepsi was sweet.
Chicken was dry and kind of like jerky. Fed it to my dog. Guess it is better than kibble. Won't return here. 5/4/21
Food was good, and Noah did an EXCELLENT job taking care of us. He went out of his way to make sure the order was right, and he was very friendly and professional. Really outstanding.
On here it says hours 10:30 closing. I went there at at 1005 only too see all the lights off and sticker corrections on the windows hours changing it from 1030 to 10:00....i then drove across town to the escondido location only to come across the same issue. I was so mad cause had i known that the hours were wrong i woulda left my house at 9:30 so i woulda made it on timeWas really looking forward to the famous bowl, a potpie and apple pies. :-( only to have waisted time, & gas &only was left with disappointment. &then had to run to the grocery store 30min b4 close and then come home and cook.
