Clean dining area. Not so fast service. From time I ordered until I received my order was 8 minutes. Did not receive a drink cup after placing order. Unusual. Employee that took my order had a nonchalant attitude. Talked so low I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Food was hot and delicious. Biscuit exterior was a bit hard dried out.
Super fast. They were prepared, and had a.line for drive thru too. I couldn't order online and had to go in bc I like a half and half mix of crispy and original recipe with my chicken bucket but that is not an option online, only between white meat or variety white and dark. I thought maybe its not a common request for mix crispy and original, but the cashier said it is a common request. They should add that to their website. I wish they hadn't closed the KFC in my city of Encinitas. The round trip to San Marcos took an hour.
I use to like coming here until they stopped carrying pot pies. Chicken is different every time, no consistency. Jeffrey is very nice and friendly very welcoming and has great customer service skills.
Wanted just three thighs,after I got my order I noticed on the menu the price for three pieces with fryiesyand drink was the same and the employee didn't mention this before I ordered.

There's some awkward employees but overall a good place, fast good food and they have never gotten my order wrong.
Went inside Ordered a 12 piece got home it was only an 8 pieced! Tried calling the phone number listed the phone just rings no one answered called 5 times same results no answer!Shorted 4 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits!This place is a ripoff ! Never again! It shows online they are open but when you go to drive thrue or dine they are not open
