Just showed up at 730 for a smoothie before closing time @745 only to be told they were closed. Well online it says you aren't closed. So this place is wack
Probably the dirtiest Jamba I’ve ever been to. Everything was covered in dust. Floors looked nasty. The guys who helped me were nice but the place needs a serious thorough cleaning. Please clean your location guys. We just went through a pandemic and here we are with dirty establishments still??
Hours said open at 9am, but they were definitely closed still 10 min after. Please update your hours.
They closed the public restroom. Come on guys, you sell drinks and you close the restroom. Smells like corporate trying to save a buck.
Employees not wearing masks and the lids did not fit so the drinks ended up all over the car.

Booooo. I paid for a watered down smoothie. My husband got it for me and didn't realize it was watered down until he brought it home to me. If you don't have the right ingredients, please just say so. I'm fine ordering something else or going somewhere else. I realize it was near closing, but you are still open so please try and put in some effort. It tasted dirty.
Manager just illegally refused my EBT card even though the website on my phone clearly shows Jamba Juice on the list of restaurants that accept EBT in California.
Went into this location with my coworker. This was our first time there. The young girl behind the counter was very rude and had horrible customer service. She rolled her eyes as if we were taking up her time because we hadn’t made a decision on what we wanted after a couple of minutes. It was not busy and we were the only customers in there at that time. We saw they were offering a free boost shot, and she was very annoyed that we asked if we can get that because it wasn’t offered to us. She seemed irritated that we asked what sizes they offer as well. We will not be coming back to this location. Very rude and felt rushed. The customer service was horrible!
Oh my goodness my drinks were fantastic I had a berry lime sublime. That's my favorite. It was super clean inside, I went in about an hour before closing. My service was fantastic. She made a drink that was just a picture on the menu. It was some sort of electric Berry drink it was so good as you can see it looks exactly like the one on the sign. My local Jamba juice closed so this was a great treat.
