We used to have one in Temecula and were very sad when it closed. We were in San Marcos today and stopped in. Great experience! Great food! Lemon cilantro roll, salmon sashimi and Baja roll were all delicious. Gerson (hope I got the spelling right) was an excellent chef and conversationalist. We'll be back!
I decided to give this place a try since my go-to spot (Ahi Sushi) was closed, I wish I didn't. The food in the bento box was cold and stale. My wife's seafood salad was lackluster and not fresh. Some of the fish was warm and smelly (likely frozen), which she had to take out. The staff was friendly and I'm not one to be picky about food. The miso soup was delicious. But I will not be coming back here.
Loved going with some cycling buddies here after a class. We always sat outside at the patio. The sushi is great and along with their alcohol selections.
The food was delicious and the service was great. The waitress that worked this afternoon was awesome, I forgot to ask her name but either way the whole crew was friendly and professional....
Amazing rolls and service!
Don’t order from them on-line if you want to eat anytime soon. We ordered on-line and 2.5 hours later still don’t have our food. When my husband got there an hour after ordering, they said it would be 20 minutes, but an hour later, still no food. And because we paid on-line, we can’t get our money back and go elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if there was an option since I’ve gotten zero food.
Stop doing just because I was in the neighborhood and I was pleasantly surprised when I 1st opened the door. The restaurant was well decorated wit is with an open floor plan.. Real hip to the younger crowd uh good energy.. I ordered yesterday typical sushi nigeri And sashimi it was very tasty . I would recommend this place to anyone . Oh they have a full bar to serve you any cocktail.
It’s my favorite SUSHI BAR !!! The freshness of the seafood !!! Excellent service. Only complaint was last SUPER BOWL SUNDAY, they ran out of OYSTERS ;(
Went to eat there yesterday and pay with my credit card. Today i check my statement the waiter added $10 to my credit card bill. His service was very dissatisfied. He brought our food and we had to remind him we need chopsticks, never brought us ginger or wassabe. The guy was a bit rude we where talking to him in English and he kept on talking to us in Spanish when one of us don't speak Spanish at all. You tip if they give good service this guy did the total opposite. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is just horrible how can they allow this.
I have been here many times through the stint of their opening. It's always a "goto" sushi craving, but this visit was real different.No personality, service but nothing to brag about and the food was bland and not very good at all!The lemon drop tasted like lemonade with windex.Our dishes were dirty.Didn't complain because what's the point.Sorry Tabu, I know you get a lot of business but I spent a lot of money for something that tasted like gas station sushi.
