I was quite surprised by this place , had the fries and chicken , nice big portion size
Food was WONDERFUL. Staff was great. The cashier Chad was a very welcoming employee and even when mistakes were made with my food he helped me with everything and made sure everything was perfect next time it came out. Definitely an employee who takes care of his customers. Great customer service. Definitely will be back.
I called in an order. I arrived 25 mins later and they said the order was never taken. I was told by Cass they would do a rush order and it would take 5 mins.20 minutes later, I ask for a refund. They refund me 23 when my total was 51. I speak with Cass who tells me she cannot give me a receipt. I tell her my experience was unacceptable and she tells she does not care and walks away. I had to leave without food and a charge of 51 on my card because I had an appointment to get to.
It seems like they ain’t even happy to work here. You come in and you don’t even feel welcomed. Yet chicken is hard and no sauce
Not worthy becoz of poor quality.I ordered 12pc wings with garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. Parmesan was with too much oil and couple of wings are not even tossed with lemon pepper and they are pricy. For the price, quality is so low and there are better options around.
Gave me wrong order and when i took it back in they just waited for the other person that had take my order to come in too do they would give me that good that had already been touch. Staff was so unhelpful and they didn’t want to accept that they did wrong in just re bagging the food that had already been out of their store. Never will I go there again!
I called to complain to the manager that this is the second time we ordered some epic fries mild with chipotle sauce and there was barely any sauce.Set up saying I’m sorry that your food was not up to your standards! I was told next time you come in please ask for extra sauce . This is the worst customer service that I’ve ever had at epic wings!!
Nikka is the worst customer service person I have ever encountered!!! I purchased 6 wings bone in. With an additional 2 wings along with 3 extra bread sticks. Came out to 23 plus 15 percent tip equaling 26 and some change. When I got home. Mind u I live in Vista 15 min away. I noticed that I was missing the two wings. I called and Nikka and answered. I explained the situation and she told me "our store policy is that we cannot give you your money back unless you bring us the wings". I told her i was not going to come back for 2 wings. She precede to tell me to bring them tomorrow, because they were to busy.I said what is your name and she told me. " why do you want my name" . I told her that was poor customer service. She told me she didnt really care, and hung up on me. I was not asking for much. Just wanted a credit or something next time I came in. Which that will never happen now! I realize mistakes happen. Nobody is perfect. If she would of said "I'm sorry and said next time you come in we will take care of you" I would been happy and probably not Hassel them about 2 wings. I know it's difficult to keep people working due to the pandemic and hire whomever, but atleast make sure you hire better quality people who know how to treat people with respect. I will probably never shop there again!
POOR Customer service!!! Brought my family to have dinner.. as we were about to leave we had a few left overs. Asked for a box to go... the cashier replied rudely that she was going on break.. and walked away! didn't let anyone know I needed a box.. I am very disappointed.. will not return to this place again!!
Wings are amazing. Definitely a great place to get wings.The staff are great, courteous and nice. Roomfor improvement: the tables are always dirty when we’ve been in there. It’s a bit of a pain to get someone to clean them, only because they are so busy. They were eager to do it when they could but didn’t get the booths that were also dirty and it took about 10 min wait to get to sit down because of this.It would be efficient and helpful to have sanitizer and cloths or napkins to wipe the tables ourselves.? thank you
