They were only 2 people with hundreds of orders. I felt sorry for them. I got 1 of my pizzas burned, missing garlic sauce and ranch. I didnt complain because I understand is wasnt their fault. I was waiting there for 30 min after my approximate time for pick up which was 40 min after ordering. I can't believe how hard thery were working, online orders didnt stop coming, I saw the tickets automatically coming out the machine. 1 worker preparing the pizzas, the other one making boxes and putting the stickers on them, taking pizzas out of oven, cutting the slices, putting them in boxes, attending customers at the front and giving the pizzas to the waiting customers. I saw a couple of delivery drivers picking up orders and leaving. I wont be ordering again, Dominos pizza is overworking these poor employees ?
Reliable pizza that doesnt change taste when new workers are there
It's 12:24 am. Ordered 45 minutes ago. After I paid and sat here waiting, they chose not to deliver my pizza I guess. i recieved an email saying my order was cacelled. Customer Service is Horrible. I cant beleive how they can staybin business doing this every night because you know I am not the first nor the last they have done this too.
Every other time I order, there's an issue. Why? The job isn't hard. I know, I did it for two years. Get your act together!

Apparently my delivery driver was in a Drift Car race on the way to my home tonight.. The app offered to give me a free pizza but that’s silly since they didn’t deliver me the pie I ordered it’s not free if I paid for it…. Guess that’s what you get when you tip people in advance…
I Have had issues with this location in the recent past 09/2021. HOWEVER They have stepped it up to meet "ALL" My expectations. (I am one tough critic and this store will back me up on that statemnet). This store did a turn around like no other. Sorry this is lengthly but I want you to get the experiencee. In May 2020 I bought a pizza from this location and it wa SO GOOD!!!! I ordered a second one about 5 days later looking for the same out come and was majorly depressed. I called the store, they did what they do gave me all kinds of credit here and there but all I wanted was that same pizza i had gotten five days ago.. they couldn't prevail... ALTHPOUGH THEY TRIED VERY HARD!!!! it just wasn't the same. almost two years later, Today 01/17/2022 I decided to try again and YOU KNOW WHAT? The food was phenomenal.. EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED... But honestly and more importantly, the level of CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED Couldn't make a bad piizza. I had Alexia as my delivery driver, and what a charm she was... You want god, NO GREAT PIZZA and the best Customer Service in the world that I have experrienced..... Call Domino's in San Marcos.. The funny thing is.... I don't believe the manager cares for me, at all!! But I don't blame him, I was hard on them. BUT HE HAS TURNED THAT PLACE AROUND WITH GREATT FOOD AND EVEN GREATER DRIVERS!!!

Ordered from this location about a week ago and ended up with food poisoning. Not to mention one of the worst pizzas I’ve had. We ordered thin and crispy crust and the dough was not cooked all the way. I reached out about the situation multiple times since then and have not heard back from management or any higher ups. Every time I call an employee says “the manager is busy” “the manager stepped out for a moment, but they will give you a call back” and I hear nothing back. I’ve sent emails after emails and they keep saying someone will be touch.
Worse delivery ever. 2 pizzas arrived cold & looked like they had been dropped. In this age of COVID didn’t seem very sanitary. Call complained they came back with only 1 pizza. After a hard day at work just wanted to come home to some hot pizza & no cooking. Very upsetting & disappointment, driver said they were having computer issues & couldn’t deliver the other pizza we order. Open the box & it wasn’t even what we ordered in the first place. Get it together. Guess we are going to Papa Johns’s.
