Always a great, cheap option for when I need something quick and tasty. The coffee here is surprisingly some of the best, and it’s hard to find prices this low anywhere.
So today I seen that the drive thru was empty so I gave it a shot, ordered a #9 combo, the lady helping me was clumsy on costumer service. I then got my order and parked to check and see if there were any mistakes, and they forgot my beefy burrito, I was on my lunch break and drove 10 min to get there, I checked the quality of the food and this was the skimpiest taco and burrito I’ve had in my life!! With soggy fries that were salty as hell!!! What a waste of 12 bucks! I’m headed to Taco Bell, see ya!! ??
I was so excited to get my birthday shake and 2 fish tacos today. I always go through the drive through and the oder went great until I got to the pick up window. They tried to het my coupon to work and they could not so they, two service people apologized several times and required me to pay for the shake. My friend told them that I had been coming there for over 10 years and this will be the last time that I would be there because they lost my business by behaving in that manner and after saying that what appeared to be the manager smiled at me and gave me the shake and wished me happy birthday. I told him that they now would have my business for the rest of my life.The fish tacos, although delicious, were so small I will call them “tacettes.” Wehat is happening to Del Taco. Raising prices, shrinking the size of tacos and apathetic service. I will be back but very skeptical. In His Service, Dave Moyer
Ordered 2x half pound bean n chz bold and some mini churros. Burritos were ok but dry. Mini churros were dried out, tasted like chemicals, and had no sugar whatsoever. Worst Del Taco Ive ever been to.
The drive through has been pretty fast here when I have gone and the Beyond meat Avocado tacos are amazing!
Real great service and food was hot and tasty. Would go back if I lived nearby or visiting again.
Looking at the recent reviews it looks like management may need to check in on the workers.French Fries - ColdChicken soft taco meat - coldBean and Cheese Burrito- HotFries had already been sitting under lamp upon arrival, I personally would have preferred at least dropping them back in or fresh batch. Employees friendly but everyone has masks on so I feel like a hostage.
This place is such a joke but closest to my home. It sucks its such a nice building in a great place but the food sucks and I never get what I order. But they take my money and never give me what I order.. its so annoying plus they never answer the phone. Someone please call BBB they are ripping ppl off and the food is not goodBetter off driving across the street to Los ponchos. Or down the street to ocars.
Didn't get half the food I paid for had to drive all the way back... The attitude of the employees is really sad..I believe the Franchise owner should fire the entire staff is the entire staff remodel the inside to clean it up and he or she could then have a very successful Del Taco....
I would give them a zero if I could. Very disappointing. I have had a good thick crispy chicken sandwich at a different location. I told my wife how good it was. Tonight I order 2 for $6 and it was basically 2 chicken nuggets on each sandwich. My wife was not impressed and felt that I got ripped off. Bad business.
