This place is usually ok, they never have enough people working and they always take for ever! Today was the worst experience ever. Stoped by to get a couple of smoothies, big mistake! The person doing my order seemed like he didn’t even work there, no uniform no greeting. Then they were out of cups, lids and didn’t even hand me a straw. When I asked for a different lid another girl comes from the back and just says that’s all we have and turns around. I asked to at least poke a hole on the lid to accommodate my 2 year old and she just stabbed it with a knife and threw it on the counter! Worst experience ever!
We ordered a large founder's favorite icecream. The associate served us much less in quantity than what we have experienced in cold stone stores from other locations. When asked about this, the associate was rude and responded in a mocking way.Well I don't think anyone would pay for getting back insult in return.
Absolutely delicious ice cream and waffle cones as well....service was fantastic....located inside food court so other options are available as well.
Don't go during lunch time, they may or may not be open. Sign says opens at noon but the worker today didn't open it till 1. I have a limited lunch break and wanted to grab some ice cream, they made sure that wasn't going to happen.

Horrible the young girl there was super rude and she also did like 2 online orders and made us wait I asked if they sold sundaes with brownie (WHICH OBVIOUSLY THEY DO ITS COLD STONE)she said no they don’t sell sundaes here then she didn’t even fill up the ice cream I paid for 3 toppings and my like it wasn’t even filled up so I ended up paying 25 $ and was in the store for 15 minutes being the only person In line waiting for her
I go here for a treat regularly. It's about as expensive than going to the market and buying a half gallon of ice cream but the taste is better (depending on which half gallon you buy) and it's a relatively cheap form of instant gratification. Cold stone had adapted to the covid world pretty well and you don't have to be in the place very long so I feel pretty safe there.
Went to this location in San Marcos, CA and we're thrilled they were open. They've never closed the gal helping us said. They are in a complex with Rubio's and pokiwaii and they were open also. Service was awesome!!
Good ice cream. Price is a little higher, but worth it. I like that you can make custom ice cream or just pick from a selection of flavors still made to order on a cold stone.
