Wings were good but everything else was meh. Cheese curds tasted like they came from a microwave. Ordered a large fries which is 7$ and got a plate of fries smaller than a normal order of in n out fries. Super disappointed. Our server was friendly but it just seemed the place was lacking in management. It was early in the afternoon so I understand the day staff is smaller than the night staff but still... Cringe
This was by far the worst experience I have had at Buffalo Wild Wings. My party showed up close to 7pm with a wait time of 45 minutes to eat on the patio, where no one was at!We waited close to 8pm to receive a message that conveyed a longer wait time. However, it is 9pm, and I still haven't received any word that our table is ready. We decided to eat somewhere else.I usually come to this location expecting poor service and low quality, but WOW! This was an all time low.If you are thinking BWW, I would highly recommend going to ANY other location.
Don’t waste your hard earned money at this joint. Service is bad. Beer is flat and they don’t honor any of the corporate websites specials. I have been here for the 3rd and last time. I always try to give a place a chance but this is really not a good place. I ordered beer and it was flat and skunky. The poor waitress told me my best bet was to get bottled beer. Apparently this is the norm. Why offer draft beer if it’s going to be old and flat. The food is good … when you get it. I ordered appetizers but I got here with the food. And it wasn’t even busy yet. You really don’t get checked on for a minute. I had to ask a busgirl to bring me more ranch since my waitress wasn’t around.I’ve been to many BWW through out the county since I travel a lot for work. This is one at the bottom of the list. Cheers!
The restaurant is not open till 1 AM! The employer said that they stop seating at 11:00 PM. Which also includes take out! Basically if you show up after 11 pm, they won’t serve you. Server that they have been trying to change the time on google and yelp from 1 am to 11 pm. But clearly they haven’t. Save your time and don’t drive to it pass 11 pm
Bad service, I know everyone is shorthand everywhere and can understand long wait times but when you are told 20-30min get on the list get a text 45-60min and then I wait over an hour and then get another text it will be longer and if I still want to wait? I get it, it was 10ppl group don’t think it was that big and thought we could be accommodated when we saw a party of like 15-18 walk out and even after that, they put us in 1 booth and two separate tables wow. Tyler our server was good hooked him up w/30% tip but unfortunately this establishment lost my business. Like I said I understand it’s busy, but the hostess said one thing and did another the manager never checked in with me like they said they would was trying this place out for our future team builders but if they can’t manage a party of 10, imagine every month a party 40-50. Plenty of wing places around town.
Mike was an awesome dude. Mike is easy to talk to and pours a proper beer. My food was made to perfection. Definitely coming back
Service was so so. I've been inside over a dozen times and service is just OK, this includes PreCovid visits. I give 3 stars because service is and has been subpar. Food was not hot even though we waited for a longtime.Food...I love the Asian Zing wings which are my fav! The queso dip is good too. Just wish it was served temperature hot. 5 stars for Ocean because she was extremely kind and organized.The food sucks, no way to go around it. It really depends on the day tho because I've gotten great food one day and old dried up food that felt like it was microwaved the next. Get a better cook, someone who actually takes pride in the food they're sending out.
As you walk in, you can smell the dirty carpet. We got tacos as an appetizers, the chicken was very salty. The hamburger we ordered was not very good, the meat tasted like it had freezer burn. The wings my husband got were fine. Bathrooms were also stinky.
I bought a 10 piece boneless / fries combo for lunch (medium garlic) and was told to pick it up about 25 minutes after ordering. I get there about 15 minutes later and take my food home to eat. I immediately notice the fries are cold to the touch and take a bite into the chicken (which is also cold). I decided to microwave it but honestly that only made it taste worse. The chicken was very firm and the inside of some pieces didn't even appear to be cooked. They literally just opened at 11am (ordered at 11:02) so I figured it would be a good opportunity to get some fresh wings. I discussed this with some coworkers on a zoom meeting and I had several other people vouch and agree BWW's is just nasty!!! I don't even think they put it under a heat lamp or anything when you order Togo. Your better off spending your money elsewhere for chicken, I think even 711 would have better tasting chicken. Jeez.
