If you like fresh bread with a hard crust, go here. We had an Italian sandwich on baguette and it was wonderful. We also had a breadbowl of clam chowder. Creamy and so good. They do a nice job packing takeout orders. Easy parking in shopping mall location. Fast counter service.
My Italian Classic was good. The bread was so fresh. The salad had a bit too much dressing though. Service was great. The indoor dining area was very clean. The outside patio looked okay but it was crowded.
I ordered the Steak House Melt. It was supposed to be on a toasted ciabatta roll but when I got home, I found hard, toasted sourdough bread. I chose that sandwich because it didn't come on sourdough. I don't like sourdough bread. I also had NO arugula on my sandwich at all. No one said they were out of the rolls or gave me another option. If I ever try again, I guess I will have to open the box and check my food before I leave.
Was crowded for lunch but the wait was much less than expected. Had the roast turkey club, very tasty. Added a cup of clam chowder which was also very good. Staff was wonderful. I'd be happy to go back.
Best sourdough bread around
Service and food quality has gone down the drain in the last year. I was there with my family this past Sunday at around 4 pm. We waited in line 15 minutes before our order was taken. We then waited 25 minutes more for the first two of the four meals we ordered to come out; the others came out 10 minutes. Keep in mind, there were hardly any customers and it wasn’t incredibly busy at this time. The food of the people who got it first was cold by the time the other two meals came out. To make matters worse, one of the last meals had a freaking HAIR (it was a chicken caesar salad) and my daughter was close to throwing up when she found it in her food. They apologized, got her a new meal, and gave us free bread and cookies for the inconvenience…but man, it was NASTY! I had half a sandwich with a side chicken caesar salad but the salad smelled HORRIBLE and tasted like seafood (!?). It was incredibly disgusting ?. I am saddened to say that after this experience, I will not be returning ever again. I am saddened because the food and service was amazing when they opened, but at this point I can’t risk my family’s health and safety.
DO NOT Eat here unless you have an hour to wait for your food. The last two times we’ve come to this Panera we’ve had to wait upwards of 45 mins just for soup. At this point they have to know about the ridiculous wait time but they refuse to mention it as people continue to order.
worst experience ever. 40 min waiting to get my food never got it. didn't even have time to get a refund Because the line was too long to wait as we were meeting family today at bates but farm. they really need to get it together here. 40 minutes for so e soup and a half a sandwich. 5 people working and no food being served
Horrible. First time coming here, I ordered to-go via phone. Waited 40 mins (they were busy) just to get my avocado toast UPSIDE-DOWN with 2- yes, 2- slivers of avocado on actual black burnt bread with egg slices mashed to the bottom of the container. They even forgot to give me dressing for my salad. I can’t even get a refund since I don’t wanna wait in line for 30 mins again. Soooo disappointed.
I love the original place in san fran but this franchise is horrible. My clam chowder was cold and gelatin and the bread was ice cold and gross. I had them reheat the soup and it came back slightly warmer. I will never eat a any of their franchises again ?
