The ladies here were nice but it would’ve been good if they acknowledge every customer that comes in. I was after a family of three who wanted to try every ice cream that they had. I heard two employees in the back talking. Granted they could’ve been talking about work but somebody could have at least acknowledged me and told me that they would be right with me. That’s just me having been in the customer service industry for 10 plus years.

Went in and the employees were eating, which is fine I get it but then the woman proceeded to scoop my ice scream with ungloved hands after eating with her hands and sushi of all foods!!!! Employees seriously need to be retrained about food and health hazards.
Accessibility: lots of parking available, but no specific handicap parking. Also did not see a ramp to get onto the sidewalk unfortunately. The parking lot is always pretty so be careful going through here. The door to enter the building is a single pull door and it's a little bit heavy.Experience: going up to this place, one of the first things I noticed was the cute door handle! It's a big pink spoon! I have been to many Baskin-Robbins but this is the first one I have seen with this fun door handle! Absolutely love it. Coming inside, it is very empty inside. All the tables are pushed to the side and there are no chairs. There is a sign up that says no indoor dining (8-22-2021), but there are 3 tables outside the store, on the side of the store, with chairs attached to the tables (you cannot move them). There were two people/women working today and they were super kind, greeting me the second I came in, answering all my questions and laughing and talking with me. Excellent customer service! These two people seemed like they enjoyed being there and it was really a pleasant experience inside! I ordered a chocolate shake to go and it was great. :)Thank you to this Baskin-Robbins and these two awesome employees!

Out of snickers. Out of brownies. My son wanted the monster creature - they have the cups, but not the chocolate toppers. They were very apologetic, but there is no point advertising Brownie Sundays when your out of brownies. don't advertise Snickers sundaes when you are out of snickers. don't advertise creature cups when you don't have the creature features. Appearantly VERY bad management. They were also going to charge me for the Creature Cup when all my son ended up with was a single scoop in a cup with a face on it. Very disappointing, what was supposed to be an after school treat. we'll go across the street to Cold Stone from now on.
They always come through with the World Class Chocolate!
A/C must have been broken. I've never been to an ice cream place in the summer that was hotter inside than outside. The waffle cones were melting!!!
Call and ask the young man if they made rootbeer floats, he was dumbfounded asked me uh a what? so I ask again, he has to ask someone else and the response was uh no we don't make those, how hard is it to make a rootbeer float serious?!!! And this is Baskin Robbins wow
