Met some friends at Amalfi Dockside about a week ago. The food was superb!!! We also enjoyed the wonderful entertainment provided by Relic Ruckus....
This was my first time dining at the Amalfi Marina Bar.Service was excellent. Food was excellent also. We got the Ceviche for appetizer and Furore burger for main food. I highly recommend both dishes.Will definitely go back.
This place is absolutely amazing! Best steak I've ever had!! Everything our table ordered was out of this world good! Can't wait to come back here! I wish we had Amalfi in New Mexico! Keep up the great work!! We LOVE this place!!!

Its worth coming for the waterfront views and enjoy a sunny day. Could be busy at lunch time. I wouldn’t call the food extraordinary, but its good for a daily brunch.
Honestly I only recommend the view and place, their pizza not good at all! It was the most cheapest pizza that I have tried, they try to spend the lowest money on material and charge you like the best pizza of the town. Don’t try their pizza! I am not sure if their rest of foods are like this or not!
Margaritas and Margherita Pizza!??This place will always have a Pizza my heart! Amalfi Marina Bar and Amalfi Cucina Italians have that melt in your mouth pizza that makes you feel like you are in Italy.Highly Recommended items to order from Amalfi:- Margherita Pizza (so good just like all theirpizzas)- Linguini Alle Vongole (delicious pasta withlots of clams and a light sauce)- Spicy Margarita (so refreshing with a littleKick)
Our first visit here was very pleasant and we will go back. We ate at the open area Bar (downstairs), which is under the upstairs open patio so there is a roof (no sky view). The area closest to the bar was packed but we were seated in a quieter area. Service was shockingly fast. We got an eggplant parm and a Veggie pizza. The food was very good, although the eggplant parm was just barely warm. The servers were great. I was surprised the menu at an Italian restaurant would have Tacos. But a nearby enthusiastic and friendly table of regulars ordered them and insisted they were excellent. I will have to try them next time.
A very pleasant first time experience at this beautiful upscale Italian restaurant.The ambiance and the view of the lake as well as the decor inside is very impressive.We sat outside overlooking the lake watching the lighted water fountain with heaters keeping us comfortable.The food was delicious, service was great n friendly, portions were good and we will go back. I recommend this place for a pleasant dining experience.
I don't understand why places in so cal get rated so high when they are barely above disappointing.We ordered:Burrata Caprese saladPepperoni pizzaPollo Al MattoneCaprese salad - had great tomatoes. Burrata was pretty good. A bit mild.Pepperoni pizza - photos. Grease fest. It was a soggy and grease fest. See photos. Really gross.Pollo al mattone - claimed in the menu to be something like "half Florentine". Look at the photo. Nothing Florentine like here. It was basically a baked chicken with some red spices on it. It was really dry and seemed like it had sit under heat lamps for hours. Pretty gross too.Service was mediocre. Walked up to the host stand outside and someone literally walked away from the stand watching us come up. She walked away and left her phone on the customer side of the stand. When someone finally came to help us, I said "I think the last guest left her phone" and the hostess said "oh no that's the other girls phone she does that all the time".Then our waitress comes up serving without a mask and standing WAY too close....even for before covid times. She was friendly. But then mid service some other waitress started asking us if we were good needed anything etc, and it was hopscotch between the two thereafter.Cleanliness - I was only outside. It seemed pretty okay.Bottom line, the food was disappointing and not worth the money or time.
