The carne asada from this restaurant was bestowed by Jesus as he was coming out of the grave. This is the most savory meat that has ever met my lips.

Not the most authentic but still pretty good. The price to quality ratio is definitely in your favor! The pastor tacos are great but the chimichangas are enough for 2 people or if you're a fat 30 year old man like me you'll gourg yourself with the whole thing and enjoy every bite.. this is a staple of our lunch rotation at work.

Love this place and thankful it was open for breakfast. Was to meet a friend at the airport restaurant Spirit of San Luis and it was closed until 5pm??? How is the only airport restaurant closed at 9am? Anyway...THE nicest staff at Taco Roco where we had the Macha plate and Huevos Rancheros. I said I couldn't have the Macha because of bell peppers (allergic) and the hostess went out of her way to check the sauce...and change it when she found the rancheros red sauce had bell peppers. Their salsa bar was delicious with warm chips and free condiments. My favorite taco spot is now on my breakfast list!

Great little spot near the airport for lunch. We had the burrito special and loved it, great chicken!The chips are tasty and we really enjoyed all of their salsas. None were very spicy though.The children's quesadilla was delicious.
