Top 5 Burrito of all time. After a long day without food, I find myself choosing between Jack in the Box and this local shop. I decided to put my money on the Asada Burrito: a decision that I will never regret. The lady in the front was so nice she offered us glasses of water for free. After returning to my motorized vehicle, I began to unpack this masterfully folded burrito. Usually a good burrito involves some kind of mess. This time however, I had absolutely zero problems in terms of mess at all! The ingredients are simple and masterful. If I lived in the area, I would come here often.

Don't go anywhere else, this is the best authentic Mexican Food in SLO county, best customer service, great prices and fantastic food, you will not be disappointed.
Driving through. Wanted Mexican food, quickly and near the freeway. Picked Taco de Mexico randomly from the map. A little hole in the wall. I had carne asada tacos and my husband had a shredded chicken enchilada style. It was delicious and fast. (And I’m Mexican)
Authentic cuisine. Rice and beans have a pretty great flavor.. so imagine the rest of the food?
Super solid spot. I’ve had both the super burrito and vegetarian burrito from here and both are pretty consistent whenever I get them. Every once in a while they’ll be a bit better or worse than usual but for the most part they’re solid. Staff is always helpful and nice when I come in all super chill people.
Taco De Mexico may not look fancy. It isn't. Their food is the best in SLO-in Morro Bay, too, for that matter. Those people are exhausted by days end! That's because locals know they have good grub. Their employees are kind, too: they share that fresh, tasty food with us all?
