Went to the Broad Street location in SLO for lunch. I arrived at 11:50, and there were 3 or 4 people ahead of me who had already ordered. After 20 minutes of waiting, I politely asked what was taking so long. The very professional young man working the register asked a girl in the back where my order was. She replied, "It'll be up soon. If you can't wait, don't order in the first place." WOW!! Really? That's how employees are allowed to respond to customers? It took a total of 25 minutes to get the food.

There are 2 Taco Bells in San Luis Obispo and the Broad Street one is better every time. It is Taco Bell so you can't expect greatness. But There is a difference between this Broad Street Taco Bell and the one other one in SLO. The Broad Street one has always been better.

Store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and the food is great!

Out of every restaurant I've ever been to this place has the absolute worst service. You will legitimately wait an hour and you will be ignored any time you try to inquire about your food or made to feel inferior "like how dare you bother me" attitude from the staff. I have literally and actually been mocked by a staff member when I was kindly asking about my order. They are unbelievably rude and clearly don't enjoy being there at all. This place is perpetually understaffed and really need some serious management attention.

It was fast food. The food was warm but there were only two people working there so it was slow.

Food was good. Speed of service was okay, but not great

Worth the drive to come here than Morro bay and one on hwy 1 in San luis

Could be a lot better. The people that work there need to care about it

Went in for a rootbeer it was hot outside. The help was great.

First time giving this Taco Bell a try since the pandemic, figured after a year and a half this store would have improved at least slightly, but I was very wrong. I'm convinced this has to be one of the worst franchises in the state. The only positive thing that happened during my visit was that the little cashier dude was super polite and apologized for his fellow staff's mess ups. Drove across town to the other taco bell and had a very pleasant experience!
