This location was extremely busy and short staffed, the wait times were understandably long. Unfortunately we were no longer able to wait for our order. We informed one of the workers so they wouldn't waste time or food on our order. At this point the worker started arguing with us and telling us to wait since everyone else was waiting for over an hour too. He stated that it's too hard not to make our order but they could try.Some college kid asked if he could have our order, I hope it was good if it ever came out.
Adios Taco Bell! Huge rip off!!! If I wanted an empty tortilla, I would eat one at home, not order burrito supreme from you. It fell over as nothing was in it but a teaspoon of filling. LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE APP PHOTO! RIP OFF! Don't waste your time, money and health! $14.00 for nothing!!! Go to real Mexican eatery - don't do Taco Bell!!!
This taco bell is hit and miss. I've had an experience where I vowed to never return however I did and while dining in it was great. The food was expedited quickly and it was hot. Very same trip tried asking the cashier about ordering a grande meal and was told they didn't have it any more. Also asked if there were any other options like it and was told no. Well that was not true because there is a similar item with 4 tacos and 4 burritos. Then that to go order took about 15 to 20 minutes which made us late at the drive in.
Standard issue chain restaurant. Cleaner than most, but also runs out of ingredients more often than most Taco Bells that I have visited. Also a very slow paced fastfood atmosphere, and generally they always take their time and get the order correct the first time. Only late nite food after 10pm in Morro Bay and last fast food place if you are heading North on Hwy 1 until Monterey County/Seaside.
Visited this location over 20 times over the past 6 months and every time have to wait 15+ minutes for food. Many times waiting 20-30 minutes and it’s chaos inside with people waiting, delivery drivers waiting, things not stocked up, etc.Worst managed Taco Bell I’ve been to on the West Coast.This is not at all aimed at the incredibly hard-working staff trying to fill as many orders as possible.
DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL.I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been here three times and every time I find myself sitting at a table for over 30 minutes as I watch an understaffed "fast" food restaurant painstakingly pump out two burritos and a drink. You'd be better off visiting literally any other restaurant within walking distance. Staff is rude and beyond slow.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The cashier just liked at me when I came in. No one took our order.. we were standing there for 10 minutes. Finally we left. Won't be back. Word to the wise.. you have 1 job to do.. so do it!!
Took forever for our food. Crabby workers. Terrible food quality. Just the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Last time I went I waited 2.5 hrs for our food (it was decently crowded to be fair) and it turns out that my order was deleted from their system and I never got my food or my money back. TERRIBLE place.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I live pretty close to this location but I choose to drive all the way across town to the store on broad. The food here is always wrong, there's only 2 people working most of the time and there is one worker in particular that is very rude and always blasts her shows at full volume in the seating area. Maybe if the company posted a livable wage, they'd actually have people willing to do the job.
Worst Taco bell I have ever been to. Food was terrible and oily. The soda machine was not working properly and the workers couldn't care less. Not to mention the rude customer service. After a point everyone ended up using the self order station to avoid the rude cashier. Needless to say, we won't be back
