I got a matcha milk tea and my husband got a mango slushie, both had boba (tapioca pearls). My husband really liked his drink, but I thought mine was mediocre compared to the boba and milk teas I've had in the past. The tea was so light in color and flavor I wonder about the quality and amount of matcha tea used. The tapioca was pretty soft yet chewy so I assume it was relatively fresh. There were jars of loose leaf tea as opposed to pumps of flavoring on the shelves so I think they were using real ingedients. I would try it again.
Our first time we went here it wasn’t too busy, we loved the service and the drinks we got. We came a second time, it was busier but we didn’t mind that so we waited and ordered. While we were waiting for our drinks I went to go and get some napkins, but the cashier commented I should grab the amount for how many drinks I paid for and said I shouldn’t grab so many because there isn’t a lot left. I paid for 4 drinks and only had 6 napkins in my hand. Is 6 napkins too much? If they didn’t want their customers to grab too many, they could’ve kept the napkins and handed them to the customers. Personally, this was an embarrassing moment for my family and I, especially because there were so many people witnessing. While there were many people and it was busy, it is unprofessional to say such things without a sign or anything like that.
Thai iced tea boba is really good. Thank you. Person working is very friendly. Glad to have right around the corner from work. ☕️ ✨
It’s nice to visit. Drinks are ok. My ice blended drink was very watery. Not cold enough. I ordered the strawberry freeze and green tea iced.
Cute little tea shop tucked on a side street off down town.
Great boba teas. Tried a bunch of them - all of them were so flavorful! I like the fact that they have some boba teas with fresh fruit - they are my favorite.
Fantastic tea house, wonderful boba tea, love the added tea related things for sale. Went in to buy 3 teas and came out spending a lot on other things. I've enjoyed Boba Tea in almost 60 countries, this was very good tea. The only thing that would make it better (and make them even more money) would be to make their boba fresh daily from scratch, using the tapioca flour and water and sugar and a machine... This is the next level of boba, and you just cannot find many places that make boba from scratch... The difference would make them #1 in California. You can only find fresh Boba pearls in about 1 in 500 Boba shops. Strangely this is becoming popular in Phoenix, just not in California yet.
There thai tea boba is amazing! And they don’t over do the ice. Quick, efficient and delicious! The boba is cooked perfectly and store is so homey!
Absolutely the best Boba Tea I have found between the West Coast and East Coast. I highly recommend them. They're tea has so much flavor and the atmosphere of the shop is so neat. The employees are always so nice and keep the store impeccably clean...They even sell tea pots, tea, and they resell their empty decorative tea cans which are really cute for spices and trinkets...And they have food if you'd like a snack or a Mochi with your tea. You're missing out if you don't try them.
You can't find a better boba place in SLO. Try, you will fail. This is my favorite spot and the owners are really friendly people. Never tried boba before and you're not originally from California? I really would not suggest you go anywhere else than here. The teas are always spot on and the food is for me, a nice home away from home.
