Mobile order. Drinks perfect. Reached over to get straw and smiled/waved at clerk who was going to the back. They replied "next time just ask for one."My wife asked for the little green stopper, the clerk replied "ask us that's why they are back here."I'm sitting right here and heard her ask so the clerk must have some power/control issues. Very rude experience.

Abusive and uncaring. I will take my business elsewhere. I like flavorful coffee that doesn't give me diarreah and peel my mouth for several days. Workers here are on something besides caffeine.

Covid has just put a clash on the enjoyment of walking in and being serviced by the baristas. I feel much better going through the drive thru if it wasn't so much a task. Not knocking the brand it's still the best. Don't look forward to the safety aspects of the new normal is all .

They cover up their electrical outlets so can't charge your phone / laptop. But I'm they have a reason.
The lady helping us, reddish hair and tall, was rude and it was concerning when she was so nice to another customer in front of us it seemed like she was bothered by my coworker and I speaking Spanish , my coworker doesn’t speak English, She had no manners didn’t use please she changed her tone when speaking to me. The young man who made our drinks was extremely nice, had a big smile and did not treat us any less THANK YOU!!
