I ordered from the online option and when I picked up my coffee I noticed there was actually no shots of espresso like I ordered. It was pretty much just milk and caramel. So instead of trying to have them remake it I asked to by a shot of espresso on the side. The gentleman at the register was great and got me my shot for a dollar with a smile. The girl with black hair making the coffees came up with a rude tone and ugly face and said you have to charge the correct amount several times over in front of me the customer and everyone else who could here. Then I felt bad for the young man who was trying to make up for her short coming. This was at 9am on Wed the 1st of June. She has long black hair and a Cap on. This isn't the first issue I've had with this place. I come everyday and the attitude from most of the employees is horrible
You don’t provide masks and you no longer do mobile orders? What?
World’s smallest Starbucks. Employees are rude struggling to compensate for small area inside the store especially during Covid times. My surprise is how Starbucks allowed such small area store; I wouldn’t go back to this store to spoil my morning coffee ever.
Always such a friendly staff. And drinks made quickly ?
Had a nice latte and a cookie, it was awesome that they offered to warm it up. Nice big covid screens and obvious sanitiser for use as well. Nice time
6:30 am and although there were a few people there already, it wasn’t that busy. Three baristas and only one had a pleasant attitude. We asked for extra cream, their response “I’ll try.” Then we were spoken to sternly because we picked up our coffee’s WITH OUR NAME ON IT, before our name was actually called. Good morning to you too Starbucks
Went to get a matcha latte and a frappe for my friend post workout. The lady who took my order were a bit absent minded, but the other staffs were nice enough to ask me again about my order (affogato shot to not be blended in my frappe). Good latte and frappe, busy most of the times.
Love my vanilla chai frappe
Love the Java chip.
Was out of things but understandable.
