Scout is the go to coffee spot for me when in SLO. Vibes here are sweet and the coffee is excellent.I would recommend the cold brew or the iced vanilla latte. Both equally as refreshing.Make sure you check out Scout!
Amazing coffee! We tried the Wilderness Latte and the Sunshine Latte, both were very tasty and not too sweet (if you want more of a coffee flavor I would recommend adding an extra shot of espresso or two). Definitely will be back!
Staff was friendly, coffee was good, wait time was reasonable, and the environment was great. I I was so excited to try Kreuzberg coffee and they ended up being a total disappointment. This place does it a thousand times better!
The staff is very friendly and personable. The Croissant had a nice sweet glaze which I've never seen before and is unique. The Oat Milk mocha was one of the best I've had and delicious
I’ve been to Scout Coffee three times so far and if I lived in the area, I would come here daily. The staff is super friendly, the location is amazing and the coffee is always very good. I usually get a latte and in the afternoons, I might grab a cookie too. Last time I got a ginger molasses cookie that was awesome. Unfortunately, my wife ate most of it so I had to go back for another and then realized it was $3.50 each. That’s a lot for a small cookie but it is tasty so I’ll just go with it.This shop seems to be a strong local hangout and considering just how many coffee and breakfast shops there are in this area, you must be good to survive. This is certainly one of the good ones.

Perfect coffee/breakfast place in San Louis Obispo! Loved the avocado toast (offered at the Foothill location) and pumpkin pie honey tea bowl! The aesthetic was bright, open and perfect for a chill morning. The pastry selections were epic.
Super stoked to have found this place on our trip! We were there shortly after they opened and everyone was so nice and chipper! My husband and I ended up doing a little splurge shopping ? we also tried their cheddar biscuit, sooo good! Their mocha was amazing too! We are definitely stopping here again on our next visit!
