Visited Father's day 2022 and really underwhelmed from the decor, customer service to value. Was highly recommend and for me that day was just ok, nothing special. Plus I'm sure they were understaffed because my simple order of tri-tip sandwich & bean took 25 mins, with them also missing my requested salsa. The tri- tip and beans just ok, bread for the sandwich soggy. An order after I place mine with 2 people was served before mine. Come to find out my order was placed on a table with no communication that my order was ready for pick up.Person at the register also taking walk-in and call/online orders at the same time and you could see she was not happy working at that time. Was so busy certain food options they were out off from baked potatoes to bbq chicken. The fake plants handing down looked tacky, to-go lunch specials not up to date, visually electronic wires from ceiling to countertop not pleasant, was able to view stock boxes as you walk into kitchen walkway with a grubby trash on the side of those boxes, all kinds of equipment around cashier front and back of them . Paint or cleaning of walls definitely needed especially the EAT sign above looking dingy.
The prices are reasonable to expensive. The trip tip platter (one meat, two sides) was plenty. We also order a platter with ribs. They charge extra for ribs FYI. The staff was very helpful and the place is very clean.
At the San Luis Obispo location Carrie & the other staff member's have always done an outstanding job of taking & making my orders perfectly. They're professional, personable, efficient and the staff members have been extremely helpful & made our food delicious. They’re outstanding!!! We keep going back and we refer others to all locations!!Thank you for years of amazing food and service!!!
I thought I was roo far away for delivery but they were fine with it. They got here fast too. I was impressed. I love the combinations they have. I am a huge fan if beef ribs and you can hardly find them anymore. I got 2 beef ribs a baked potato and their camp beans. And of course the corn bread comes with it and the fixings for toppings on everything. Great combo! I have been a fan of this place for years going back to when I worked for CalFire ages ago. Midnight dinners delivered out on the line. What a treat to get a box of Ribline delivered!
Hadn’t gone to the Rip line in a year or so because the food started going downhill for a while and wasn’t worth it. Decided to go back cause I used to love it so much. Well here is my $25 dollar “Tri Trip Meal” - the slice of carrot cake cause it wouldn’t fit in the picture with all the other fillings. Yes you’re seeing that right… 2 slices of meet in a $25 meal. Very unfortunate that I received so little for my money it was actually quite tasty.
Loved this classic bbq place!! Try the balls for an appetizer-so delicious!! Best Mac and cheese I’ve had.
Delicious pulled chicken and pulled pork. Great outdoor atmosphere. Rib Line | BBQ Restaurant. Draft beer from East Brothers. Wonderful spot for families too. If you are craving barbecue food or a burger I suggest you go to this place . Great food great service!!
I placed an online order, which was simple and straightforward. My order was ready at the estimated time provided. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the pulled-pork sandwich.
Ordered the traditional poly pack and added a few baby back ribs cuz their daily special had them for 3 bucks each. Their bbq was tasty and pretty reasonable. They were quick with my take out order. Very nice workers. Thanks for the yummy meal.
Raw beef ribs! I thought I heard it moo! Unbelievable that this restaurant is serving this kind of food and staying in business. Never again.
