My husband and I were lucky enough to book Popolo Catering for our June 2022 wedding. We moved from the Central Coast to the Bay Area about 7 years ago, but when we got engaged I knew I wanted to be married in the place I had called home for more than 30 years. Most of our wedding guests came from out of state and I wanted to share a taste of the Central Coast with them. Popolo's hit it out of the park with Santa Maria style tri-tip, roasted chicken, strawberry salad, grilled veggies, potatoes au gratin, and French bread. They were even kind enough to make us doggie bags for when we got back to our hotel (which was very appreciated)! The Popolo staff was professional, attentive and courteous. The buffet and pass hors d'oeuvres were displayed beautifully. We are so grateful to Kat and Leon and the entire Popolo team for a delicious and memorable wedding weekend!!
Popolos catered our son's wedding at La Cuesta Ranch this past weekend and the food was absolutely amazing. Their chicken picatta melts in your mouth and many of our guests were raving about the shrimp. The staff is professional, the food is great = you can't go wrong hiring them!! I highly recommend Popolos!!
Popolo was my favorite vendor and the best choice we could have made for our big day. Not only are they at such a reasonable price point that it almost sounds made up.... but the food quality and service is one you would get with only the highest-end caterers. It's been a month since we've been married and everyone talks about how great the food was! Popolo was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and made it very easy on us. I loved them so much that they catered our rehearsal dinner, lunch the day of, the reception, and the morning brunch! I seriously cannot say enough good things about them!

I’ve watched it grow so much in the nine years I’ve been around. Leon and Kat have the biggest hearts and have built this awesome reputation that they have. Oh! and of course they did our wedding ? our guests rave about the food still! Ain’t no party like a Popolo Party!!!

California central costs best wedding catering! Seriously, the food is amazing and the staff is extremely professional. Leon is a master chef?? and his food elevates every event Popolo caters!
Popole's catered my nephews wedding and the food was great! They served chicken Marbella, mushroom raviolis, au gratin potatoes (yumm my favorite) and strawberry salad with mixed greens, oh my gosh - delicious!!! Their staff was amazing and very nice and professional!! Overall the experience my family and I had was amazing and we will count on Popole's for any future events. Thank you Popolos!!!
I attended a friends wedding a few weeks ago and it was absolutely beautiful in every way! Let me tell you about the food though. It was delicious the tri-tip & chicken were seasoned perfectly and I loved the cheesy potatoes, and the salad that had grapes and strawberries was delicious. I am planning my moms 80th and I am definitely going to book with them!

So delicious and affordable! We were so impressed with the meal and the tasting! Popolo made sure that we were satisfied!! If we didn't like something at the tasting they made sure to change it to exactly what we wanted. They went above and beyond. Their customer service was professional and responsive. They were easy to work with and our other vendors were grateful for them as well!
