I wouldn't even think they deserve this one star, the teriyaki chicken was straight up raw and rubbery I wouldn't even feed it to my [email protected]!

Always something with this store :/ Typically bad service. Literally having a conversation right in front of me, rather than taking my order.
They're always short-staffed which can make wait times longer but it is not the employee's fault. Food is great when it's fresh but terrible when it's sat for a long time.
On 11/11/21, when I visited this Panda Express location and went inside. I was told they accept "online orders only". They would not serve me. They would not accept in-person orders. This is horrible customer service. Also, this is very inequitable and discriminates against lower income people who may not have internet access.As a long time loyal Panda Express customer, I'm so upset at this company. If you are doing this because there is a labor shortage, then you are taking the wrong approach: shut down "online orders" and only have in-person orders.
Horrible, its was a Friday night, understaffed, long line,all their food wasn't ready,incredibly hard understanding a word the girls were saying,then when my order was started had wait for noodles to done, and after the noodles 5 other people behind me received their food with noodles before I received mine!By the time I drove home all of the sides of my three orders we're ice cold!And this isn't the first time this has happened at the store. I sure hope someone from the store response to this review because I'm extremely upset.
I worked at this Panda Express location, I suggest NO ONE WORK AT THIS LOCATION! the manger did not care for his employees gave out verbal threats to write people up just because they wanted to use the BATHROOM! Mandatory to work 6 days a week ! Didnt guve out proper days off when asked two to three weeks before the date! The food was never on par and I DO NOT SUGGEST EARUBG HERE ! Eat at the panda on FOOTHILL !
Love that Panda! Plenty of sauces! Fresh! Small batches! Steamed/ fried with drama right before you eyes!?. A generous plate for two meals! Thank you Panda!?
Great customer service on 7/28...whoever was n charge that day ...bravo..we overwhelmed them with 31 firefighters @ dinner time and they did very well
When I got there it was beginning of dinner hour and there was barely any selection. I walked out but a manager got me to come back. Apparently they were still cooking for the empty slots. Had green bean chicken and beans were tough and undercooked. Food was fine but I think they were a bit short on amount of food compared to other visits. Also their teriyaki comes in a packet instead of the cup they used to give. I didn't like it as much. I may skip the teriyaki chicken from now on and get only 2 entrees
