I’ve gone there as a customer and as a delivery driver and all experiences were sub par. Especially the service! I have never seen such a miserable group of people who go OUT OF THERE WAY to treat anyone who walks in to that establishment like garbage. I understand being the only McDonald’s in the area and being 24hours must be hard and it’s a demanding job but there is no excuse to talk about customers the way they do, laugh at people faces and pretend you don’t see someone or ignore someone standing there just tying to get their orders or some sauce. It doesn’t matter how nice you are to them they treat everyone who walks in terribly. I’m there on a daily basis with delivery apps and the only friendly employee is the nighttime manager. I even saw them kick out someone who was diabetic, he was waiting with his friends and because he started eating (apparently you can’t eat in the lobby) he was literally eating fries out of the bag like everyone does and the girl with the painted eyebrows with that smug face and bad attitude snapped at him and told him he can’t eat in there, he said he’s diabetic and is trying to get his blood sugar up. She didn’t care and made him go outside. Absolutely miserable group of people who seriously need to reconsider working with the public. More people need to call corporate this is not the standard at McDonald’s by any means!
The only reason I go here is because it’s the only quick fast food open late in the area when I’m on vacation. A year ago a young employee kicked and hit a homeless man sitting in a booth with a broom. I guess they didn’t want him there if he wasn’t buying anything. It broke my heart so of course I reported it to the manager. He was sent home but still works there today. It makes me sick to my stomach. The other workers are flat out rude as well. The man I ordered from yesterday didn’t even speak back to me when I said hello. The food is food, never had a problem with it. It’s just the service that is awful.
There's a very sweet young man working here. I was short on cash by a single dollar. He gave me a dollar of his own so I could get my order. That meant a lot to me. I forgot to look at his name tag unfortunately but I greatly appreciate the gesture. Thank you! ❤️
This Mcdonalds location is filthy, an employee dropped a fry on the ground and placed it back in my bag. All the tables were sticky with old sauce and the bathrooms had crusted toilet seats.
This is a nice McDonald’s. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I went here to get an Shamrock Oreo McFlurry from the drive thru, but when I got here, I found they didn’t have one. Because of this, I went inside to get my McFlurry. Once I got it, I came back to my car and ate it. The McFlurry didn’t taste too minty, but other than that it was good. I gave this McDonald’s four stars because I had a good McFlurry from here but I took off a star because there wasn’t a drive thru.
Stopped here mainly to grab a fork since another restaurant didn’t give me any with my takeout. I bought some fries anyway just because.You order completely by yourself using one of the kiosks which was easy and quick. I did get my fries very quickly and the workers were nice. Strange I didn’t notice a drive-thru at this location. It is busy here so maybe for future a drive thru would help!A medium fry being over $3 is crazy for McDonald’s though.

This is the only 24-hour McDonald's since covid that I know of in San Luis Obispo county. For that I'm truly grateful since I work till 3:00 a.m. doing deliveries. The staff is friendly the food was very good very fresh. The only thing that I could even take a star away for is the public restroom is not open which I always need that while I'm driving around delivering but I didn't take a star away cuz they were so friendly and I totally understand the overpowering members of homeless that are in that area. Keep up the good work guys there's people out there that appreciate you! ???
If I could rate zero stars i would. I can't even remember the last time they didn't mess up an order. I'm all for people getting paid for what they are worth.. so I hope they are making less than federal minimum wage. Trash
Nothing particularly wrong with the food, and the employees were friendly enough. The main complaint is that I was forced to use the electronic kiosk to order instead of being able to talk to a human. Not only was that extremely difficult and painful for my arthritic hands and shoulders, but it is cold compared to being able to communicate with a human being. Also, early in the morning, navigating the electronic menu is frustrating. Service was fast enough. McDonald's food is good enough for once in a while when you don't have time to make breakfast or sit down somewhere nice, but, especially as quality has declined over the years, it's not good enough to earn them more stars than they lost over the horrible ordering experience.
