Jersey Mike's is essentially an inefficient version of an overpriced subway. I've only been able to order online while at home because every time I go in I'm in an empty line waiting for 10 minutes without even having my order taken. Slicing processed meat in front of the customer and charging twice the price for the sandwich seems a little ridiculous to me especially when it comes to the steak that is the exact same pre packaged junk subway serves. If subway sandwiches were scored a 25/100 jersey Mike's would be a 27 maybe 28/100. If you are going to spend 15+ you might as well support a local sandwich shop and pay the same if not less and get a WAY WAY better sandwich. Not even going to consider ordering from home anymore.
Delicious chain sub shop. Infinitely better than Subway, and all the ingredients seen very fresh. Love the vinegar dressing they use, and always good flavor.
Unhelpful staff. Unhelpful manager. We ordered delivery. Subs were completely wrong and they had to remake them three times. They could never get their act together and simply read the order. The order was entered correctly and in black and white. The employees and management apparently don't care. Customer service is NOT their specialty. Order subs elsewhere or go to Arroyo Grande location. I am angry and annoyed enough I wrote corporate. I will take this down if they reply AND act accordingly. I am disabled and in wheelchair. And do not appreciate poor customer service, poor management...They refused to give me refund, because I paid with debit card and redeemed points. In my opinion if they mess up they should make it right and get your correct order to you the way you originally purchased it.
Do not order online! I eat here regularly and the employees are good and the sandwiches are good. However, ordering online is one of the worst punishments you could ask for. I normally walk in to order and see the people who ordered online having to wait much longer. Yesterday, I order online and by the time I got my sandwich in hand it had been 1 hour since I had received my email order confirmation. Most people don't have that much time to wait when they are on their lunch break.
Why does it take so long to get a sandwich at this place? Their setup is so bad you have to wait forever. It seems like other companies havd this figured out. I ordered on line because it is supposed to be faster, right? Nope. Still waiting. And the place is full of people who are doing the same. I like the food. Just not worth the wait

The Philly sub was great. And I'll go back again. Its fantastic every time. Thank you Jersey Mike's. Its hard to hear your counter help sometimes. But with masks on thats all good.
Don’t bother calling on the phone because they almost never answer the phone during any busy time. I had recent back surgery and can’t stand 10 minutes to order. The one time I ordered online was a complete nightmare! It was almost 2 o’clock on a Friday and after I ordered I noticed the pick up time was for 45 minutes later. I was literally parked outside the store because they hadn’t answered my phone calls so I went in and asked them to cancel the order.They pulled a ticket and said they would but when I called them about an hour later To make sure my order was canceled they informed me that my sandwich is ready for pick up. Hire enough people to handle rush hours. I catered lunches for over 30 years to medical offices and your location is the only one that I’ve ever gotten “voicemail is full” when I’ve called to order. I tried several times to give you the benefit of the doubt but I’m done.
This was my first time trying their sandwiches and I was really impressed. However, I ordered my sandwich at 12:35pm. I went to the location and I was shocked to see, 9 people in line, 5 tickets to be prepared and at least 5 subs being worked on and ONLY TWO STAFF MEMBERS. I felt horrible for them. One girl looked like she was about to cry. They were trying to do the best they could, but waiting 40 minutes for a sub is unacceptable ( I was handed my sub at 1:13 pm). Please hire more help. I will be back to give y'all another shot and I hope to see more help for your staff.
