I don't expect much out of a smoothie shop, but "someone to answer the phone when it rings" is on that very short list. I ordered something at this location by mistake thanks to their unintuitive app, and was unable to cancel. I called five times within a half hour, no response to any of them. $12 wasted. Their National customer service purposely does not have a phone number for you to call, only a form to fill so they can call YOU (sometime next month). Inane and frustrating. If you're going to charge $8 for some fruit in a blender, please at least make it easy to get price gouged.

Was a little surprised that their plastic smoothie cups (and probably bowls too) are not actually recyclable, at least in SLO. Since JJ was founded here, I'd hope that, in the future, they make a move to more recyclable materials.

Great atmoshpere , very friendly people.
The staff was not very welcoming, all around there was not a good vibe walking in there.
