We ordered two sandwiches, the first one they made the wrong sandwich and the second one they lost the ticket so it wasn't made until I brought it to their attention. However, when they realized that there were mistakes, they were quick to remedy the situation.
I love Ike's. I have tried a handful of different sandwiches and they have all been very good! I have a few favorites that I go back to but also like to try new things. I'm addicted to the dirty sauce. Ike's sandwiches are partially customizable and always consistently satisfying.

Good sandwiches, but the wait time is too much. 30 minutes for a sandwich? Definitely not worth my time.
