Friendly and Delicious!Danielle and the Haute skillet did a phenomenal job at our wedding. They stuck with us through 2 years of pandemic delays and made it really easy to create a custom menu. The day of service was exceptional and the food...oh.my.goodness. Delicious doesn't do it justice. Do yourself a favor and set up a tasting. You won't be disappointed.We have had many of our guests asking who did our catering as it was the BEST wedding food they (And we) have ever had.We would absolutely recommend Haute Skillet to anyone looking for wedding or event catering.
I was in the middle of picking my menu for my Wedding and had it almost completely dialed in and Danielle tells me they are no longer available. Not once did she say, put down a deposit or you will lose your day. All the time wasted figuring out the menu and bam you are screwed; you have to start all over. Not once did she say someone else was looking at that date or even give me the option to save it. Very unprofessional of them to do
We had them cater my brothers wedding. From the apps to the desserts everything was delicious. The set everything up for us made it so we could all enjoy the day. There whole team was so nice!
Haute Skillet was amazing to work with! As a Wedding Planner, I really appreciated that Anna and her team were incredibly hard-working, professional, friendly, responsive, and accommodating (not just through the wedding weekend, but throughout the entire planning experience). Not to mention, their food is delicious! I opted for the kids meal because their Mac & Cheese was THAT GOOD. Haute Skillet executed every single one of our requests, and their services were offered at a great value to my clients. I look forward to the opportunity to work with them again! :)
Haute Skillet catered my daughters wedding at the spectacular Heritage Estates. In Arroyo Grande. They were professional, reasonably priced and the food was as spectacular as the venue. The staff were beyond efficient and a special shout-out to Patty, our bartender, who was super fast and went above and beyond to be as helpful as she could. We had a perfect day and Haute Skillet was a big part. Thank you thank you thank you! ❤️ I will share a photo later...and a ps. They even catered for one Vegan guest!
I had their portabello sandwich and Mac and cheese. Both were fantastic, restaurant quality dishes. Their staff is super friendly as well and I'm now looking to book them for my wedding. Yeehaw !
Oh my, where do I begin. If I could give 15 stars I would. Anna is so lovely to work with. She makes DELICIOUS food. Her bread is fluffy and buttery. She made us pies with all the requests we made. Her veggies were crisp, meat and shrimp cooked perfectly, potato gratin was incredible. THE CHARCUTERIE WAS GORGEOUS!! I could just go on and on. Anna was SO flexible and responsive. Family style service was perfect. Food was hot and my guests were RAVING about this food. Her team took care of everything, moving beverage stations around, perfectly timely with service. Bartenders were fantastic. I would recommend Haute Skillet a million times over. Can’t see why you would ever choose anyone else!Thank you, Anna! You made our day our dream.

I recently attended a wedding where Anna and her lovely, extremely talented crew catered. The best wedding food I've EVER had. I would highly recommend haute skillet to everyone, for any event!
My husband and I got married this past October at Swallow Creek Ranch in Cayucos and it was a dream. I loved working with Anna and her team. Anna was organized and helped us achieve the perfect dinner. Anna and her team served appetizers and food truck service in a timely manner for 200. Everything tasted amazing and people are still talking about how good the food was. We can recommend Anna and her team enough. Everything was perfect!
