Poor customer experience. Requested contact less delivery. Lazy driver refused to deliver order to address. Wanted to deliver order a few blocks away and asked me to meet him there for convenience. I refused and contacted management and the store regarding the order. They refused to contact me after speaking with the driver. I called and they continually answered and hung up instead of speaking to me about the issue. Very childish and unprofessional. Never ordering from this location again.
Domino's, I've always felt we had an understanding. I don't go to you for highly artisanal expensive pizza experiences. I go to you for affordable comfort food level pizza. You're the 'Taco Bell' of pizza, and I respect that. It's why I keep on coming back. I like your prices and I'm happy with the quality.However, you're newest offering... it's making me question my stance. Now I'd understand if it was a anything else. Like when you go to Jack in The box, a burger place, and you order a taco, you understand that you have to set your standards significantly lower. Similarly, if I went to get a burger from Taco bell, I'd understand that it was not going to be very good. But what you offered was essentially a pizza, and you're a pizza place.The cheese dip was astonishingly bad. From the picture on the menu, I imagined half a cup of cheese over about two cups of marinara sauce and some twisted bread pieces to dip. And to be fair, you were right on the amount of cheese. Because I had about a half cup of cheese over three tablespoons of marinara sauce. It was not good. It did not look good. It did not taste good. I did not finish. It was bad
If I could give negative stars I would. Placed an order online that somehow was voided. Called to reorder and was told there’d be a 2 hour wait. I thought that was incredibly long but my kids really wanted domino’s so I reordered my meal. Fast forward 2.5 hours later and my order still hasn’t arrived. I call back. Placed on hold for 20 mins for them to find my order. Another person answered the phone and states that there is no order!
I’ve ordered twice recently & have had the kindest delivery drivers, perfect hand off, but the ingredients take the cake! I used to go to other pizza spots but with the ingredient upgrade you can taste, this is our go to now!
It was literally an hour from the time I was notified that the driver had left the store to delivery at my door. My pizza was in his car three times longer than it was in the oven! And then, a third of my order was missing. The manager said he wouldn't comp anything, but would give me two free medium pizzas next time. Thats like saying, "Yeah, we stole from you. But come back again and we'll make it right." Next time: Woodstock's.
Placed an order at 5:45, app said it'll be delivered at 6:31. App indicated order was delivered but nothing on our door step. I called at 6:50, without asking for my address, Ryan indicated it'd be there in a few minutes. I called again at 7:20 and was on hold for 10 minutes. I provided my address and was put on hold for another 10 minutes and was told pizza was a few minutes away. I told them that was the same status as 40 minutes ago. The rep huffed into the phone and hung up on me. It is 10:00 as I write this review and still no pizza...
Amazing staff yes they were playing around but also getting there job done I went in and my order was taking right away and was out in 15 mins they were very polite and definitely will come back soon
Warning do not order from here!!!!! I've ordered here now 3 times first time they took an hour to get to downtown San Luis next time took 2 and half hours to be called and told my order was canceled with no reason my 3rd time had said they competed my order never showed up have been on the phone for the past 40 minutes on hold DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!!
Impossible to order by phone. Not even rush hour; was on hold forever before ever speaking to a human. Finally got the human, started to place order and then he put me on hold without a word. No “please wait” or “just a sec”. Must be run by entitled children who don’t really care about their job or customer service, but it can easily be the corporations fault as well. Lame.
Who owns this place?? Its utterly terribly. Customer service was awful and wait time was tremendous! Definitely go elsewhere for pizza.
