I come in at 7pm. They are out of tomatoes, guacamole, and chips. I was forewarned. Then I go to order and the girl talks so fast that I can hardly process what she is saying and doesn't really guide me through ordering. I partially feel like she was on drugs she talked so fast it was unbelievable. I work in customer service. I have managed restaurants. I am a server today. It was such a poor demeanor. Even when I am at my end I don't act like that when I am serving. I hope this staff can pull through and step it up.
1. 297 Madonna Rd is incorrect. Google took us way past the actual location in a shopping center. 2. They didn't have any veggies this particular day. 3. The dining room was very messy with napkins all over the floor. But we were hungry and got quesadillas and a sort of rice bowl.
Horrid cleaning. NEVER should the customer side of counter before lunch look that nasty. SO the closing crew from last night failed.
They are way understaffed! We were traveling and made the mistake of stopping here.After standing in line for over 15 minutes, we decided to go somewhere else so we could get back on the road.
I used to like it before the pandemic. This last time we were in there we heard some employees trying to sing and whatever the song was involved some curse words, which they didn't bother to "bleep" out. Didn't appreciate it, very unprofessional. Also, my wife overheard some employees, as they were on their lunch break, behind us talking about our kids in a negative way, again very unprofessional.
Probably my favourite chipotle. Super friendly staff who I've become friends just by being a regular. Good vibes, good people
I think Chipotle is getting hammered with orders and dealing with being understaffed right now. I'd just like to use this opportunity to remind people to be considerate when your expectations are not met. Everyone is trying their best. Chipotle is delicious.
