Wish I could support this place more often but the hours are so inconsistent and the phone number unmonitored that it’s almost impossible. Staff are so friendly and the food is made very well.
When I ordering the girl was very disrespectful and I ordered two chicken sandwiches I only got one all I know is that I will never go there again.
I appreciated the great customer service and the vegetarian option in the Beyond Burger. I was in and out of the restaurant in less than 10 minutes- hot food in hand.
If a business says it closes at 9 they should do that.Guess they were feeling lazy tonight.

First I usually dont get fries here because they taste weird but i ordered them this time and was sorry. Had a bad taste.Dont send someone to pick up your order. I went to pick up my daughters Door Dash order as i ordered mine and the counter person Isabel refused to let me take it. Then Juan the shift leader wouldnt release it. Bad bad service. Stay away.What really got us was when my daughter asked for a refund they gave it to her without checking ID. So they wont give the order to the person who is on speaker phone with the customer and shows a screen shot of the order but they gave a refund to her without checking who she was. Not only that but he shorted her on the refund.I am DONE with Carls Jr even though I have eaten here for years. They lost her as a customer too.Lastly we walked across the way for her to get Taco Bell and when we came back to our cars the counter person was escorting an older customer out the door and shut it behind him.... half hour before closing. With bad customer service, poor management, odd tasting food, poor reviews, and erratic hours, i wonder how they are still open.
They have gotten so expensive and the quality hasn't improved no matter what Carl's Jr you go to. I paid almost 8.00 just for a chicken sandwich. No fries or drink. The sandwich was a hot mess. The bun fell apart half way through eating it. I'm out
