Good food always. Place could use a few more workers, everytime I’ve come to this location they’ve been quite understaffed and it has taken a while for the food. The employees are all very nice though and have never had a bad experience with them.
Pizza is on point, delicious. Depending on what time you go in to order it can go slow or quick. Either way, awesome pizza. My go to spot for the last few years! Matti and his crew are champs, much appreciated ?- keep on blazin.
Make sure you stand in the long line to get your pizza correct so you can watch them make it! Ordered online and the order was incorrect and missing items. When we tried calling there was no answer and no refund for a pizza we PAID FOR!!! We called several times only to be hung up on! Zero customer service at this place. They clearly need more staff no one was available at the register and it is not worth the headache!!! Nuccis is a much better pizza and they get it right every time!
Every time I come here I swear it’s my last time but the pie day deal forced me back. The thick crust pizzas are never cooked enough, consistently doughy and soggy on the bottom. The online ordering system time estimates are often way off, I’ve waited over 1/2 an hour for my pizza 2 times. Usually understaffed
Carson made my pizza EXACTLY how I wanted, and didn’t even bat an eye when I asked him to DROWN it in balsamic just like my meemaw used to do. He went above and beyond. Excellent customer service and quality food.
Blaze Pizza is never disappointing! I love the thin crust. My favorite Pizza is the White Top (but instead of bacon, I substitute sausage, and chicken). I was in last week, which is what prompted this review. Mattie helped me and was genuinely friendly and super helpful and the rest of his team was super efficient ! My wife always gets the the Veg out.You can put as many toppings as you want on the build-your-own, which is pretty cool too, and you can modify the signature pizza as well.You cant find easy a clean and unique restaurant with a great atmosphere. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

I’ve eaten at Blaze Pizza all around the country and absolutely love the food! Can’t really comment about the food at this location because I never got close enough to order. Stood in line 40 minutes. At least eight people gave up and departed as existing and new online orders took precedence over those in line. When I asked an employee if the new online orders were being made before those of us standing in front of her, she defiantly replied, “yep,” and offered no explanation. All employees were unhurried and seemed unconcerned about the long line of customers. Almost always circles back to management. Hope you get your act together. Remember, you need us - not the other way around!
Excellent and quick service with a nice staff. All paired with low prices and good tasting pizza. Would recommend a build your own pizza, get creative.
Pizza is good, service is terrible. Every time I come here, no matter the time of day or day of week, it takes at least 15 minutes in line before I can even place an order. Online orders are prioritized instead of in-person customers, so I have to watch while a bunch of DoorDash orders get filled before I can even begin. Understaffing is a serious issue here, and it happens allll the time. Sometimes they have trouble understanding the simplest of requests. An employee once gave me a blank stare when I asked for artichokes. He then proceeded to put 1 single artichoke heart at a time on each slice. Once I got charged for someone else’s drink. This place is a mess, I don’t know what else to say.
