Extremely rude person on phone ! I am a regular customer and I always do 8 pieces Original hot and 4 pieces BBQ wings but that rude lady ( sounds like high school girl) says “we don’t have 4 pieces BBQ “ wait…isn’t it a wingstop that sells the wings ??? Just give me my wings and I am not asking for free ! You lost one customer today !! ????
Horrible horrible customer service. The lady who served me had the worst attitude, extremely rude and was shouting at me through the speaker. She got my order wrong, I wanted wings without the bones coz I was getting them for my kids and seasoned fries. She gave me the wrong wings and fries. I literally left there with a headache! The place could do with a change in the cashiers. Horrible experience
Prices have gone up since Covid19 and nothing on the menu constitues that. Same old menu for more and a medium line with weight.
This location is HORRIBLE!!They need to be a lot better organized!Here's what they need!1. Designated Doordash personnel.2. Designated phone order personnel3. Designated lobby personnel!Doordash people are so rude, they just walk over people in the lobby, and they get helped faster than people in the lobby! Wingstop needs to recognize that people waiting to pick up phone/online orders are just as important!
I usually order and then walk around target while i wait for my food! I have noticed a huge difference the last few months, quick service and great workers, especially during an actual global pandemic. Roxane is always nice when i come in, which i do a lot because my bf loves chicken wings ? i know some people are impatient when it comes to their food, but they clearly never had to deal with customer service!
This Wingstop always has my food ready and hot when I get there, you can tell that the employees are treated well because of how well they treat their customers. The only Wingstop I’ll visit. Period.
Love this spot. I can't find a better Habanero sauce than theirs. I get the 10 piece flats only with the best Ranch dressing and I'm in heaven ?Not to mention the best fries so yummy

The woman who helped me, Lamiya, was kind, helpful, and fast. It’s Friday night so I know they were busy but she along with her coworkers helped everyone there. Food was also on point. Great service overall!
